I honestly can’t say enough nice things about working with Joe and how please I was with his services. I think his strongest quality is evident by simply looking at his beautiful images. His ability to use lighting to make his pictures stand out above the rest is undeniable. This factor alone is what attracted me to his work in the first place. I looked through the photographs of many other photographers and most looked washed out, as though they were filtered for instagram (great for making every day pictures look better but not for your wedding pictures!). His ability to come up with creative shots is also outstanding and also easily evident by peaking through his work. He says that he won’t finish a wedding day unless he got a real “wow shot”. He also takes the time to get to know you and your significant other so that he can bring that out in his pictures. He is very upfront on what is realistic in your requests and if he thinks something won’t work (ideas, timing, ect.). Lastly, Joe was by far my easiest vendor to work with! He is very personable, organized, easy to contact, responsive, and truly listens to you. It is hard to find a personalized photographer that is not just there because it is ‘a job’. Joe and his team will make your experience truly special. I think it speaks volumes that I have already recommended the Delgado Studios team to some of my own friends and family! I am confident they won’t let you down!

When we first found Joe's website, we were impressed. His ability to capture and document all those images that you'd want when getting married- from the bride putting on her dress to dancing at the reception with friends and family, his work was among the best we had seen. But it was really Joe's fun, laid back attitude that really sold us. He's the kind of guy that could fit-in at any wedding. I was going to wait to write the review after viewing all the photos but realized it wasn't even necessary. I loved the engagement photos and the sneak peak we've seen thus far from the wedding. He made the engagement session so much fun. He was SO responsive with emails and any questions we had. He was also very open to our suggestions and was willing to try anything. When the big day finally came, it felt like he was an old friend. He was so great working with our friends and family - getting all the shots we wanted in a timely manner. To have someone who's company you genuinely enjoy by your side on one of the most important days of your life was awesome. He is funny and full of energy and when we saw the images he had gotten on our wedding day, we were just blown away. He's definitely at the top of his game and choosing him as your photographer would be a choice you won't regret!

Joseph is a great guy and a beyond amazing photographer! He is so easy to work with. Any time I would email him, I would hear back almost immediately, which was so nice! He made my husband and I both feel so comfortable and we had so much fun during our engagement photos. The day of he worked so hard to get all the shots we wanted and still managed to let us get to our cocktail hour for a bit like we asked. During the ceremony and reception, he was everywhere and no where at the same time! All our guests were commenting how awesome he was and how amazing it was that he never got in the way since a lot of times photographers end up getting in the way trying to get good shots. I would definitely recommend him to every bride I meet. He is a down to earth, really cool guy who does amazing work!!

On a scorching hot day in the middle of July, I could not have expected the results that we have received from Joe! I had hated every moment of planning the wedding. Joe was one of the easiest people to work with through the planning process. Joe was absolutely patient with me when I took a bit longer then needed to organize the list of wedding photos that I wanted. It seemed a bit tedious as to sorting the exact timing of each event of the wedding that was requested, but it makes absolute sense as to why he needs an idea of what to expect throughout the day of the wedding. Joe was absolutely patient with us when we had enough of standing in the sun melting! Joe had an amazing assistant the day of, Jess, who we absolutely loved as well. My husband and I are absolutely awkward and Joe made it as painless as possible and made us have fun while taking the photos. The photos came out beautifully!!! There was an issue with the thumb drive that was mailed to us, but Joe quickly fixed the issue within 2 days time. Joe is quick to reply to every email, which is a great quality in the wedding planning. Highly recommended!

My husband and I recently got married in Asbury Park and we LOVED Joseph Delgado. When we first got engaged someone gave me the advice of picking a photographer that you enjoyed being around- that was funny, optimistic, personable, etc- because that's a person your going to share your entire wedding day with. From our first meeting with Joseph, we instantly liked him. It only got better from there when we had a great engagement session, followed by amazing e session pics.. we were so looking forward to the wedding with him! Not only is Joseph a great guy, but his response time was great. As a bride, you ask questions and expect fast responses, and he always did that for us! We loved all of the pictures we received from him! He's so creative and can think of new ideas and angles on the spot. Overall we loved him and would highly recommend him to any engaged couple!
