Deli 52

They recently renovated the place to a nice refreshing modern decor, and also changed their name to spice fifty two, but the service is terrible, all the people working there I just lazy, the time it takes for food to come out is crazy long, and once you get it it's pretty mediocre, especially the Chinese food is overly sweetened with sugar, so I guess renovating is not enough you need to up your service. But as most establishments that struggle they're not interested in listening to customers complaints as you can see most complaints on Google reviews are how long it takes for the food to come out, so when I did complain the guy just told me well it's only 25 minutes, it's a shame that for a little stupidity they invest heavy money in renovating without addressing the main issue, then they wonder why this establishment goes from one owner to the next.

Chullent best in town. Hands down. Since Sophie’s closed down this has been my go to spot. Very tough who is better Sophie’s or deli 52. I’m a chullent connoisseur and make very strict judgments on my chullents. I have to say deli 52 keeps up with Sophie’s but again big debate who is better. I do like how Deli 52 isn’t so cheap on the meat inside. I rate deli 52s chullent an 8.8/10 and that’s very solid.

This store is truly a top tier experience! The atmosphere and cleanliness along with the incredibly tasting food and amazing dedicated staff makes this place one of my favorite Brooklyn resteraunts. I'll definitely be back here soon and I can't wait to taste more of their Incredibly loaded menu! Parking: Took 15 minutes to find parking. Streets are very crowded.

I ordered 2 burgers from this place and my burgers they were both raw and I ordered well done and a medium and they were both raw so they gave me a problem that I needed to come down to get the 2nd round burgers bec they didn't want to deliver I am not ordering burgers from here again they can't even get well done burger right omg

They have the worst customer service ever I ordered a burger yesterday and this I what I received! U guys should be ashamed of yourselfs especially the owner who thinks this is ok, and when I spoke to the so called manager he said we don’t check before we send out food! I will never get food from u again!

Horrible customer service and lazy employees This place will keep changing names - but the horrible service stays. No matter the name

After 30 minutes waiting the cashier said the order will be ready in 5 minutes, after 45 minutes waiting the cashier couldn't find the order and didn't even apologize, just saying that "sometimes the system has a glitch" this is no way of treating customers and especially no way of handling a mess up.

Delicious, clean & great service!

Nasty!! I waited 45 minutes for my food and when I asked where my food was the cashier said that they misplaced the ticket and they will be making my food I walked out and didn’t get a refund yetFood: 1/5
