Ordered a sandwich and specialty fries did not get specialty fries they substituted for regular fries which isn't a big enough portion for a 5 year old 1/4 of a bag of a french fries..when i called they said "thats a portion it comes pre packaged" like seriously?! Not coming back to this branch rude service, have not had a issue at the location in flatbush

Quite good. Chicken fingers were great and so we're sauces. Onion rings crispy but not as juicy as they should be. We were a big family gathering adults and children and they kept everyone happy

Great sandwiches evey single one is my favorite I tried them all and love the bisli breaded chicken and fries are great the kids love them. Their steak sandwiches are awesome

The food is decent: However, there seems to be little oversight over the workers who run the store. I have ordered some food and a drink, and when I asked for a cup of ice to go along with my snapple the guy who served me just gave me those dirty looks refused for to give me ice unless I paid for it. After trying to contact the management about my bad experience I didn’t a have anyone try get back to me. Although most of the employees are nice and try to be helpful, I would still suggest for everyone who orders food in this store to stay away from the guy who is rude and disrespectful you can recognize who this guy is right away to the customers.

Amazing fresh delicious food. Very affordable prices and large portions. Very nice workers behavior be the counter that never disappoint. You gotta go and try them out. You will be happy you did.

Always fresh, great tasting food! Options to please a variety of palettes. Even had something for me when I needed a sugar free meal. Very pleased with the Shnitzi's in Boro Park, which is why I'm a frequent customer.

I haven't had anything else from this restaurant besides for the double burger, so don't write this place off. Its two burgers stacked in a bun. Didn't taste that great. I could probably make it better
