Delshah Management

Please do not start a lease with this management company. I moved out April 2019 and they have still not returned my $1,400 deposit, even after numerous phone calls and emails. I will be opening a small claims case against DelShah to get my deposit back. Please take the time to find an apartment with a reputable management company.

Giving them one star until they actually respond to one of the numerous attempts my roommates and I have made to attempt to contact them over the past two months. We have a ceiling leak in our bathroom thats creating mold that they still have yet to fix.

Never start a lease with them! They have never responded to a maintenance request even urgent ones. No heat all of winter and no attempts to fix this. I literal nightmare.

During November and December of 2019, my son’s apartment has had heat for only six days. This is completely unacceptable and shows total negligence by this management company. Today is Sunday December 1 and there is no heat or hot water once again. Reportedly, there is no one to fix it because it’s Sunday.
