One thing I’ll definitely say: the gym is pretty great. It could use way more lighting but it’s pretty well equipped. Staff was friendly and the night manager was helpful in fixing an issue with my booking after my corporate app doubled booked me. She didn’t have to fix it but she did and I’m so thankful. There was also a single issue with noise one day and they quickly handled it quick.
We stayed at this location for the convenience of the state fair travel. Upon arriving we had a few issues but the evening front desk staff is a powerhouse! Taylor took care of our problems immediately, made us feel heard and she made us laugh! We found ourselves in the lobby more than our room because of her affable personality. Great customer service and we will be back :
Nice place! Folks at check in we're great even though they wore masks. But it is MPLS. . Very clean and well appointed. Only reason not five star all around us the bathroom was small, and still a bathtub.
Very nice hotel! Rooms clean and comfortable. Gym nice. Pool fine. No room service and restaurant in hotel not open during most of stay. Location great!Rooms: 5/5
My wife and I walked in late night not expecting much but the front desk staff went above and beyond for us. Taylor’s sense of humor and problem solving skills are an asset to the company! Will be recommending to all my colleagues!
Terrible stay and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a Marriott. I have Titanium elite status so know a thing or two in what Marriotts provide. Upon check in I find the shower curtain filthy. Usually no biggie but had a two week stay so it was a priority to get it changed. It took 3 days and numerous calls to the front desk to get that done and the room cleaned. I also had food delivered one evening. Not only did they not allow the person to deliver the food up to my room, they also didn’t bother to call my room to say I had a delivery. One of the biggest reasons I disliked my stay was their customer service. Their their service is a disgrace. They treat and talk to you like dirt. They have no pride in their work nor care to treat their guests with any friendliness or respect. If it weren’t for a mandatory work stay we had, I would have never kept my stay at this hotel for this long. Worst experience by far and it’s the staff that accounts for it. If you need a decent hotel w/ parking and won’t need to talk to staff, this is an OK option but I would never stay here or support a hotel that lacks experience in management and has bad service skills from the rest of staff.
Great hotel and service. Nice pub and grill attached to the hotel. Didn't visit the pool area. The staff was awesome and very helpful. Will definitely stay again when I'm in town.Rooms: 5/5
First stay at a Delta. As a Titanium guest, the service and amenities have been excellent. Staff is always happy and positive. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed. All I need! Rooms: Clean and fresh
