Just got a card replaced, activated it and then tried to use it overseas where it was denied because they thought it might be fraud. 1. I've been a flight attendant and banked with them for 11 yrs. 2. I go overseas a minimum of 5 times a month. 3. I have used this account to shop at this particular store at least 2 dozen times. When I called them to fix it they sounded surprised that I would travel without calling to let them know 1st. Are you serious? If I have to call my bank to report to them when I leave my home, I'll find another bank. The kicker is that when i had my purse stolen with my phone in it, i tried to use the hotel computer to cancel my card. Apparently, there is no way to contact them if your phone is stolen because if you use a foreign computer it has to send a verification code to your lost phone which you cant get and cant access your acct. Smart! Ugh the dread of changing all my bills and automatic payments to another bank.

***** WARNING Dont Get An Account with this Credit Union !**** This Credit Union is by far the Worst credit union to ever be created . I been with them for over 10 years, and the Customers Service still. Don’t know how to use the system or have any authority to authorize any normal actions that other banks and credit union are able to do. Their Mobile app and website is Outdated and is not easy to assess. If you don’t live near a branch or sister company be prepared to FAX Verification information Daily. The wait times are Always at least 30 minutes with or without a account. If you want to speak to a supervisor be prepared to wait another 20 mins, for them to read off a script and not get anything done. Definitely my last days with this Horrible Union . Customers Service is horrible they need training Don’t have these con artists handle your money

Tried to visit this location. I was told its closed. Wasted a trip. Im understanding that people continue to & visit this location. And its closed
