Denny's

Food was great, hot, made to order and reasonably priced. Restaurant was really clean. Diner/family restaurant feel - always made welcome. 4 stars = understaffed. 2 cooks. 1 greeter/waitress/cashier/takeout concierge/housekeeper. Consider double coverage until 10pm or start paying out the overnight differential at 9pm. 20 min to cash out. Warmer temps + longer days = later than usual dining, even at a 24 hour joint.

Despite Springfield's strange rules about 24 hour restaurants and some particularly bad customers showing up on rare occasion (both thanks to Springfield itself, not the restaurant’s fault), the people working here are incredibly patient and pleasant, at least when I've been here. The food has been generally better than the standard Denny's quality and everything seems clean. Very good despite its location!

This place was garbage. Second time in my life I didn't leave a tip. Food was cold. Ordered the banana pancakes for my kid and they bought out plain pancakes. I asked where the bananas were and she said well if u want them I'll get some. I also asked her to also bring out the side of goldfish crackers I ordered as well. All the waitresses were bad mouthing other staff members and talking about going across the street to Taco Bell for lunch. Kept waiting a long time for coffee refills. Two elderly gentleman came in after us and they waited at least fifteen minutes for coffee. Right after we left, they were walking out as well. Think they got tired of waiting for a coffee. Thankfully it was kids eat free night which I didn't know about so we didn't have to pay for their meals. Came to thirty bucks for a burger with fries, nachos, and two coffees. Was also changed for a kids apple juice that I thought came with the kids meal but they said they didn't have any kids cups that night. Awful, awful place. Will not be returning to this location again.

This place really sucks. I always have a bad time at this location. Waitress never comes around for refills. There's always some kind of drama here. Came at 12:15 am and didn't leave till nearly 3 am because service was so slow. They also got my order wrong and over charged me. If you want good breakfast at any time try the fifties diner over in Chicopee. Faster service and much less drama.

The food was amazing! Service was quick and they got my order right! Will return again.
