I am a long time customer of Denny’s. I go to Denny’s almost three days a week. However I think today maybe my last day supporting this establishment and others may follow from entire hospital. The cook has cooked my food incorrectly. Harsbrown isn’t done and hardly no vegetables in the Omelette, just a bunch of meat. Not only he cooked it incorrectly, when the waiter tried to get him to fix it correctly, he wouldn’t. He proceeded to come to the front, be loud and very rude. He also went over to a customer and was loud and rude while rudely interrupting a conversation that i was having with the waiter. When you enter the establishment isn’t clean at all. Dust everywhere, spiderwebs on the bear machine, and glass is very dirty It seem like since the pandemic they have forgotten about how to treat customers and allow workers to treat customers badly. It seem like they hired anybody over the Integrity of the business. I have file a complaint with corporate. If I don’t hear from them, i will be back to post pictures and informing the hospital as well . I am shocked that the manager of this establishment allowed this happen and wasn’t no where to be found. In order to avoid an argument and getting myself out of character, I decided to leave and file a complaint. So, in my opinion I suggest no one goes there because of the rude cook and he doesn’t cook your food correctly. It seem like the cook runs the business and everybody does what he says. I am very disgusted, shock, and hurt about what happen today. This use to be the best Denny’s but now I see they are not to the 3.9 star standards.
We had a great server named Ciara, who was not only knowledgeable about the menu, she was wonderfully patient with our indecisive selves as well as the screaming infant we had with us for a few minutes till he fell back asleepFood was hot , delicious and quick. Visual presentation was on point. and our server gave us extra to-go trays for our take homes and even gave us condiments containers....with Lids! lol thanks Ciara you were awesome!
The young man that was our server, Anthony, was Fantastic!!! I was stressed and hungry but his service with a smile changed my attitude quickly. He seemed to actually care about and enjoy his job. While the coffee was not fantastic and the food good, he made the entire experience Fantastic! Our entire party agreed he was worth another visit. He truly defined quality in work no matter what position you have as an employee. I recommend this location if you're hungry and desire true service with a smile. Definitely 2 thumbs up!

Dissatisfactory guest services. The bathroom was filthy. No one at host desk upon arrival. No one greeted us even after the employees appeared out of no where. I was not given my food. I had to approach the order and confirm it was mine. They did not give me my dessert. They disregarded the request to remove tomatoes. I am allergic to tomatoes. This is a serious health risk. Management please reach out to me. I would like a refund for this order. There is no clear path to resolution on the Dennys.com website. This establishment is not good. This is not the first time I’ve been here.
Was expecting better. Table had not been wiped down. Server was pleasant. Coffee just ok. Pancakes did not match picture in menu, however, they were awesome. Southwest Benny's breakfast was not up to par. English muffins were old and hard to cut with no knife. Hollandaise sauce was broken and lumpy. Probably will not go back here
Denny's to me has always seemed overpriced for the experience; however, we wanted something different and decided to try it. Really glad we did! Food and atmosphere were great - much nicer than I expected. Anthony provided outstanding service like we haven't seen in years. He was so nice and helpful without ever being obtrusive in the least. Budgets are tighter these days and it's less often that we go out, but we will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone there.
Food was great and service was as well! Kiley, Rachel, and Liz went above their call of duty to make sure we were well taken care of. They were bubbly with smiles, while being professionally friendly. We thanked them and told them its nice to experience their now rare work ethic.
Service from Miss Charlie and the food is always on point! We usually head to Denny's for a weekend breakfast at least every other weekend. All of their staff know us as regulars. The weekend morning cook is great and knows of any particulars I've asked for. They remember. Even if the foyer looks like there's a wait, it's usually less than 5 minutes. People in the foyer are people in line to pay for their meal on their way out and those to be seated. I'd highly recommend it!!! Parking: At least 25-30 parking spots. All adjoining the building. All are just for Denny's. Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicapped parking. No steps to enter building. Have tables that will work with wheelchairs.
My family and I ate a late breakfast here the other day and we all really enjoyed it. The food was very good even to my 3 year old, picky eater, the wait staff were exceptionally kind and jubilant, and even though I think we were only one of maybe three filled tables, the restaurant still had a lively & harmonious vibe floating thru it. Will definitely be returning to try the lunch & dinner menu! Kid-friendliness: Cute kids menu with fun foods for them to choose from. Loved how the waiter addressed my toddler son directly for his order and made him smile and laugh throughout the meal. Awesome job!
