Dental Care of Indiana

The office experienced some technical/computer issues with uploading/retrieving the x-rays that I had done at the beginning of my appointment. I completely understand and can relate to computer issues, delays, etc.. However, this information should have been passed on to me before I waited over 35 minutes after I received the x-rays. I sat in the exam room alone, with no updates from anyone...just sat there. If I would have been notified immediately that there was an issue, then I could have returned to work and happily rescheduled a new appointment with no issues. I just do not feel like my time was respected, which is one of the first lessons in providing excellent customer service. My family and I will not be returning to this office.

I've always had good experiences with University Meadows. I have taken my oldest daughter there and they've helped build her up to not be scared of the dentist and work so well with her. Everyone is patient and kind there. I am taking my youngest daughter there starting tomorrow too.

This was my first time at this dentist. I was very impressed how Dr. Webb Handled himself when pulling my tooth. I had a really bad experience at another dentist about a year ago and Dr. Webb made sure when pulling my tooth I didn't see the instruments while pulling it. He made sure I was numb before he went any further and took his time while pulling it. He was also asking me if I was ok! He showed compassion! The staff is also well trained and professional! Also Dreama, there secretary is also amazing! I would recommend anyone who needed care to go to University Meadows Family Dental!

The best & most friendly dental staff I have ever had. Excellent work & customer service. Very positive warm, positive & friendly staff. I look forward to going to them for many years to come
