Ladd Dental Group of Peru

I have always been right in & out when I visit Ladd. The receptionists are super friendly, and know my name when I check in. The dentist always explains what he is doing and makes sure I am comfortable with my pain and it's always on point. They make you feel at ease and always ask if you're doing okay. Best dentist place I have been to compared to my past experiences of dentistry. From cavities, to saving my teeth to a root canal I am so very pleased with my care I was given on my teeth. I appreciate all the staff and thank them for fixing my smile again! THANK YOU! 10*s

This is a hard place to get into, but man was it worth the wait! Dr. Baehner is awesome. Need I say more? He is up front, tells you how it is, and your oral health is in his best interest. I have always had oral pain, but was too afraid to go to the dentist. Thankfully, a friend referred me, and I am truly thankful! I tell all of my friends and family about Peru Ladd and look forward to many more years here being a part of the ladd family!

First off I feel I need to share the blamed for this. Please anyone who has a minor child, go with your child for whatever procedure they might have. Ladd Dental Group in Peru Indiana did not want me to back with my child and of course my 16 year old didn't want me with her either. When the root canal with sedation(two doses) started my child reached up to the doctors hand to indicate she felt pain. The doctor told her to hold still and don't do that again, she was told this a few more times, they never stopped and made sure she was numb. My child by this time had tears in her eyes and started shaking from the pain. I did check on her twice and received two thumbs up from a tech. If I had had any indication there was something not quite right I would have been back there in a heart beat. I really feel like they tortured my child for 2 hours she was not even numb when we left which everyone knows that numbing takes awhile to wear off, nope she ate a chicken strip basket 10 mins after pulling away. She was crying and saying she has never been in that much pain before, and she just got her wisdom teeth removed a month earlier(not from this dentist) and a bad sprained foot which had her on crutches for about a week, so she no wimp. Please do not go to this group or if you have to take your minor child there DO NOT LEAVE THEM ALONE. It makes me sick to my stomach that she was is so much pain and I didn't help her. I Do not want to be contacted by anyone at Ladd Dental, there is nothing you or anyone can do to rectify this.

Horrible. They are rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The hygienist are great. Front desk is rude. Dr spends less then 5 minutes in room. Don't go there.
