The work and cleaning itself was fine, however, getting scheduled and getting to keep the appointment made was not. It took 4 months from initial appointment to get to the apppointment for the cleaning. 

This was due to the preauthorization not going through because they didn’t send the required paperwork, then because they didn’t follow up on it’s status when they corrected that mistake. Then it took a month to get in once they received that authorization once I called the insurance myself. 

After getting into my appointment, which was split into two, they didn’t schedule required fillings so I have to come back again for that. It was stated because I made the appointment over the phone and they “don’t know” what is required. 

They also decided to cancel my next appointment which was for next week and rescheduled it for a month out because it “didn’t work” for the technician. Eventually I was able to get that required second half of the cleaning broken in two so 1/4 of it will be done in two weeks, the other 1/4 in one month, and the fillings needed will be done in a month as well. 

Honestly I’m disappointed. It shouldn’t take from January to May to do one full cleaning and a couple fillings. I’m more disappointed because they don’t seem to care about fixing that issue, let alone see that it’s an issue at all.

Forty-five minute wait for a cleaning.  Spent two hours here.  New dentist which no one told me about when the called to remind me of my appointment.  Now waiting to sign out but they can't get the printer to work.  Staff are nice. I just didn't have the extra time today so I'm frustrated.

Excellent care! They went above and beyond! Love the staff, they make an uncomfortable situation very comforting.

Very nice front desk, doctor and nurse. They sent me kind reminder via email and text. They told details about my teeth condition and their recommended treatment for me to decide whether I want to do. No push.

Had a filling come off, my dentist was on vacation and left instructions to see this office in an emergency. Arrived 20 minutes before they opened, the let me in, got my paperwork done, said they would work me in. I was seen within 10 minutes, x-ray of the culprit, and was out with the problem temporarily resolved until I can see my dentist next week.
