Dental Care of Indiana

I truly don't understand how this dentist has such bad reviews. I went in for my first appointment today, and I was slightly apprehensive due to the reviews here. Check in was fast and efficient. I was led to a room where I had X-rays taken, the girl who did them was friendly and chatty and put me at ease. Then the hygenist came in and did the assessment. She was very friendly and explained things step by step. Next, the dentist came in and checked my teeth, explaining what he was doing as well. They told me what my insurance will and will not cover-up and outlined a treatment plan. The costs are very reasonable, clearly dental care is not free, but I was very satisfied with my treatment plan and the costs outlined. I have 2 appointments next month, one for cleaning and one for wisdom tooth extraction. I'm actually looking forward to going back! I definitely recommend checking this dental office out!

I love this place! The nurses are ALL super nice which is really rare now days, and the receptionist is such a sweet lady. My four year old daughter just had her 1st cleaning and she was ready to go back the next day. Lol.

I’m very pleased with the dental work I had done. Staff is very pleasant. They were always on schedule, so no long waiting. I would recommend this office to others. Thank you!

I went here for a couple of years, and it was in a convenient location, and everybody was really nice. The dental hygienists were so sweet. They were also accommodating for my insurance, so that was much appreciated.

I had cavities filled that I don’t actually believe I had. I had no pain before visiting Life Smiles now my teeth constantly throb with pain. I allowed the dentist to “fix” the top row of poorly done cavities, that Life Smiles did originally. And now not only do they throb they are sensitive to cold items. I asked for my money back so that I could go have another dentist fixed what Life Smiles messed up. The dentist called me and he said after he does his work it is the patient’s responsibility and that it’s basically my fault. Needless to say I didn’t get my money back.
