Dental Care Today

I've been coming to this dental office for years. Of course they are not perfect but they do try. My son had teeth surgery and they did awesome with him. I know that if I have an emergency, all I need to do is go in the morning and they will get you in as fast as they can which is awesome! Once I waited 5 minutes for an emergency appointment and I was able to get in and out with satisfied results. Thank you

Extremely judgemental and unorganized. This place is absolutely horrible. I would kill to go anywhere else but unfortunately they're the only facility that takes OHP. This place is so abusive and awful im terrified to bring my child in here. She liked the dentist before this and I guarantee she won't after these sorry excuses for doctors get ahold of her. Trying to save enough money to take her ANYWHERE but here. THIS PLACE IS ATROCIOUS!!!!

So bad customer service. I was waiting for months to make an appointment and finally i made the appointment a day before they called me and canceled it. I’m in pain that whole time and they don’t care. I’m really disappointed they don’t talk good with their patients and they don't care at all. I would really not recommend this clinic

I've been going here for almost 3 years. I absolutely love the staff here and the Dentist and Assistant's have made my experience AMAZING!!! Granted, it has taken 3 years to finally be able to start my partial dentures. I understand though, they have a ton of clients and once COVID struck, i had to wait even longer due to them being closed for a bit. The only reason they got 4 stars is because they RARELY answer their phones or call back. The dental assistant had written the wrong date on my appt. card and i called about 17 times and had no luck getting through to them. I've seen that's been a problem for a lot of people. Hope this improves!!

This place is ridiculous.. good luck ever trying to get a hold of them for anything. I understand the world is short staffed, we’re in the middle of a pandemic and what not but this has been an ongoing issues for far too long. Currently trying to get my child switched over to a new clinic.

Dr. Melissa was awesome in and out in no time and my teeth look great! 5 stars

I've been trying to get them to answer for almost a week now it's absolutely ridiculous. Short staffed or not do you job.

I take my daughter to this pediatric office. I am happy with the care and the fact they specialize in pediatrics and are good at dealing with scared kids. However I have been trying to reach this office after it was opened from Covid-19 restrictions. Its been months, I've left several messages and no one has yet to call me back. Very dissatisfied.

Seems like everytime one of our family members has an appointment it gets canceled. They always say "we called you" but never have a missed call or message. When we call to make an appointment they never answer or call back. After today's cancellation with no notice we will find another dental office.

I had my wisdom teeth out at their Broadway location in 2017. I have never been to a more disgusting medical office of any kind. Dust in the corners, no privacy for patients undergoing procedures, the smell of burning teeth everywhere due to poor ventilation, stained drop ceiling tiles, a cavalier attitude to hygiene, they were just awful. Still, the kicker was today when I saw they'd dinged my credit with a $117 unpaid bill even though they assured me that I'd paid in full at the time of receiving service! These guys really earned their poor reputation.
