Dental Oral Surgery

if you made an appointment at 2:00pm, and you arrive exactly at 2:00pm, all your documents are in order, you made their life easier by filling all documents before arriving there. How is it that two hours pass by and they don’t even try to call you in for your appointment and they still expect you to be still and not anxious. Not forgetting that people have responsibilities and that if they can’t make it up to you on time, you are literally just wasting your time. I don’t want to say anything bad just that please, if you tell a person a time for their appointment, don’t make it further than that. And please attend the appointment at the time said not later.

Horrible service. The people working here are very unprofessional. Me and husband went here and when I said "good morning, I have an appointment" they didn't say good morning back just ask for ID and insurance card. Appointment time was at 8:30 and and at 9:40 one of us got called for X-rays. The ladies working and calling people always have their phone in their hands and are constantly on the phone. One of the girls that work in the back, she went out tobuy something and didn't even change her gowns that are supposed to be "sterilized". If you have dentist and are terrified to get anything done with your mouth , please do not come here it's a nightmare.

The call center is a joke. They get u waiting then when u get to the 2 spot they want to transfer you to a voice-mail when all u want to do is speak to the ppl at the location you have been treated at. I called 5 different time because 3 times they hung up on me, and the other two I was transfered to the Voice-mail. I was treated at the 3056 third avenue location and I called them this morning at 8am to have one of the prescriptions tranfered to a different pharmacy since my usual pharmacy didn't carry the meds. The woman I spoke to clearly didn't want to be at work cause her tone was rude. So with that said she stated give it 10 min and they would call it in it is 1230pm and it was not called in. I went to the location in person because Motrin isn't cutting it for the pain in feeling having had 2 extraction done yesterday. Now I'm waiting again for the prescription to be called in, I was told 20 min ago in 5 min shy of that time frame and will be calling the pharmacy soon. Let's see.. cause this far this customer service is horrible.

Could not wait past 2 hours, appt at 11:30, was told at almost 1pm after asking repeatedly, 2 people ahead of me, was in pain, could not stay, you can’t eat six hours before local of anesthesia for a wisdom tooth extraction. You can’t take meds on an empty stomach. do the math. sit in pain for who knows how long with pain or leave and eat and relieve pain. I left and rescheduled for the Boston Road office , they took my other tooth out no long wait , quick, in and out

HORRIBLE MY APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 1:30 I WASN'T SEEN UNTIL THREE THEN TO MAKE MATTER WORSE I GO HOME GO TO THE PHARMACY I PUT IN FILE THERES NO MEDICINE FOR ME THERE NO ANTIBIOTICS NO PAIN MEDICATION MIND YOU I HAD TWO TEETH PULLED ONE OF THEM STILL FEELS LIKE ITS A PIECE OF TOOTH LEFT IN THERE IM IEXCRUCIATING PAIN AND THEY OPEN AT 730 AM ITS NIE 7:40 AND ITS STILL GOUBG TO LEAVE A MESSAGE LIKE ITS CLOSED BUT GOOGLE SAYS CKEARLY THEY OPEN AT 7:30 SO IN PAIN NO MEDS NOBODY TO TALK WITH I FEEL LIKE THIS WAS PURPOSELY DONE BECAUSE I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW LONG I WAITED

This place is the WORST! Make sure you're schedule is clear! I had a 12:30pm appt & sat around for 3 1/2- 4hrs!! They need to hire more staff & MORE DENTISTS! There's no reason someone should be sitting still at 3:45 for a 12:30 appt! The work is good but the waiting time is RIDICULOUS!!!!

THE BEST The dentist was super kind, super fast, staff was totally kind and fast as well. I recommend, they're honest with you and can refer you if anything as well!

From the staff and Ms Surgeon, they are great very kind, reassuring and communicates very well while understanding your needs and making you feel comfortable before and after the procedure, I came here years ago and they are still great. Thank you ladies for everything, saved me so much pain and agony when I couldn't get the relief. Make sure to make your appointment you will thank yourself!

Didnt feel a thing. A+ Doctor was funny and friendly to me but yes I am handsome One complaint was the few blood stains on the tile by the trash can. I didnt feel a thing, staff was friendly. Well worth the wait and had a seamless experience

There’s no other place I would go for them to pull my teeth I love them I been there three years ago an I’m about to back on 1-13-24 to have another tooth extracted I highly recommend them.
