I was skeptical at first.. & really didn't know where to go because of my insurance. However, I am happy & very satisfied.. I made the decision on coming here! Dr.wu is AMAZING! I got x-rays, a filling & a cleaning! Mind you they were booked but they took me as a walk in! I got there at 10:30am was called at 11:30 am was done by 1:00pm. I didn't mind waiting at all as long as I was seen! Also, the staff was polite & friendly!

This dental office is amazing, especially Dr. Steven Wu. He has great bedside manner and is very informative on his process when treating his patients. His dental assistants are awesome as well; they are trustworthy and loyal to the customers and business. If I was able to put 0 starts I would do that. What a disgusting service. People who answer the phone are the most unprofessional people, i made an appointment two months ago came for consultation to remove my wisdom teeth. They said they will call me once my insurance approved the surgery. 3 weeks passed by no call, no nothing!!! I decided to call them to confirm. Apparently they forgot to even send the approval to my insurance company. But they said don’t worry if will take literally one day, okay… another week passes by, I have a surgery this week, and I decided to call again. First, very unprofessional and ugly toner, keeping me on hold 2 times to find my name. Apparently they did not send the approval again! SHE TOLD ME TO CALL AGAIN IN ONE HOUR SINCE SHE DOESNT HAVE ANY INFO NOW. So sad when people like this destroy businesses and peoples health.

Office is amazing! One of the best dentists in the office I’ve ever had. My experience from start to finish was excellent. From my first consultation I was treated with total respect and professionalism. The Doctors and stuff was excellent. Extremely satisfied.

I read a bunch of reviews before going. I’m not sure if my experience differed due to the time or date of my visit, but my experience was decent. Sometimes it can extremely hard to reach their office by phone. I had an appt scheduled before their “normal business hours” or so the phone system is set to believe. Ran a little late, 10 minutes. Was told I couldn’t be seen, after waiting 20 minutes. No one answered the phone for me to notify them of my lateness. I was then told “we wouldn’t have taken you anyways, because we aren’t taking any late comers today” as if that’s common knowledge. THE SCHEDULING AND WHOMEVER HANDLES IT IS WHATS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE. Not the DENTAL STAFF. Appointment was rescheduled, after repeating my desire for a later appointment, to reception. A time when their phones would be on, preferably. I arrived for my appointment and was promptly seen. Waited about 15 minutes. My appointment began at it’s scheduled time. Dental staff was very courteous and made me feel like my comfort was a priority. I am a day post op, with very little pain or bleeding. My second visit is most definitely a better representation of their brand! They did stellar and I would definitely recommend them for extractions and cleanings. PS- the bathroom is pretty well maintained. As is the rest of the facility obviously, but I really appreciate a clean public restroom.

They don’t respect the the people and the doctor cancel after the 3 hours from my appointment. I spent all the day for nothing. In addition I spent about 40 days to get the appointment. Finally they don’t send the claim to the insurance. Don’t trust them.

Reception is nice. However instead of restoring my teeth the dentist chose to extract teeth that didn’t need to be extracted which was confirmed by a prior dentist. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews. The male doctor was more worried about his time and money than restoring my teeth. Do not go here if you value your teeth the are much better places

I’ve always been scared of the dentist til i met dr Jacobi at Lenox dental he did such a amazing job on my mouth I’d recommend Lenox dental services to anyone not only do they do dental they also do everything else please come check them out and leave with a smile

I could rate this no stars they don’t know what there doing like to sell stories come in for one thing leave with another I’m filing a lawsuit

Bad service, to take an appointment you need a month and then you have to wait to approve from the insurance and then another one month to take another appointment. You will spend whole the year to see the doctor 2 or 3 times. I don’t recommend this doctor at all.
