Department of Labor Federal Credit Union

I work with DOL. I joined DOLFCU. From starting a checking account to The vehicle department and loan department . All the staff do their best to help. I didn’t have excellent credit but they approve you. They are very professional . Not everyone will be happy with them but you can post your paycheck early which is amazing . Life isn’t perfect , but DOLFCU staff are still human beings too. They do the best they can , make sure to thank them . It does take longer sometimes to talk to someone or things take longer but they still try helping out when possible .

I clearly was in still in eligible for membership, but I have I had the most horrible trouble trying to get my account situated, my checking account stayed frozen forever, and then it was finally unfrozen just for someone else to go override and undermine someone else’s decision that was in the same position and wasn’t even an any higher ranking position and my account was officially closed today after months of battling ignorance

I LOVE credit unions and I am a longtime member of two credit unions. With that said, DOLFCU is HORRIBLE. They are incompetent and give credit unions a bad name. Do yourself a favor and become a member at another credit union or even for-profit bank because you will be much happier elsewhere!!!

Hands down the WORST, most ANQUATED , financial institution I have ever done business with. Yes they have ok rates, but at the end of the day all money ain’t good money. The customer service of DOLFCU is completely subpar. The website and mobile app are not the most user friendly. Any potential customers, you certainly have choices, make the best choice to stay away from this credit union.

Attempted to call DOLFCU 3 times, before someone finally called me back. Only to tell me that there is a $2 fee for speaking with a representative regarding questions with my account!! Have you ever heard of such a thing? You charge your members to talk about THEIR money! I'm done!

I don't know any other financial institution that offers 3% interest on checking provided some requirements are met, and their mobile app is very convenient. Love this credit union!

I love my credit union.

Been banking with them for years, but I have to say this bank is different from others. Low staff, no call backs, not open on weekends not even phone calls on weekends. This bank runs M-F and still can’t get it right.

Never returned calls. I had to insist various times to get information on their products. Horrible service. Incapabale of handling big loads of work. Why in the business to offer products if you cant service them with staffing?
