Worst office ever, the staff is awful. They denied my son insurance for almost 2 years and wouldn't give me reason into why, turns out they missed spelled his name in their system. He doesn't have a complicated name so I was pretty pissed off.

Asked about the voc program and they have no idea what it is. Yet it's a service that is provided at this location.

Slow as to be expected. The staff is moderately helpful, but if you stay all day as I did, you will get your questions answered.

I am glad of the several changes they have made at DES.  I have appreciated  the help that is available here. I just cant help to ask, if the employees get treated well here?  IF you ask me, they are grump, gloomy and tired. They have a tough job, I know it. The people that come for services are also going thru some tough times. I wish the staff would have more positive energy. Maybe there supervisors need to treat them, show them appreciation, do something to spread positive energy because the customers/clients are the most important people that come in . They need positive energies as most of them are feeling discouraged, hardened, out of luck and what have you .  Either way I know its tough, not everyone here is here to get work But for ones that are, its tough.  Positive energy needed.  Instead of saying dont do this and dont do that, how about,  how are you today?   Do you need help with something, let me know if you do. Or hey my name is BAM HERE TO HELP YOU, and I work here.  Did you know about all the services we have here ?  Bring an energy that people can feel , like you care, and that its obvious that your sup cares about you.
