Great service, bigger selection than I expected. This shop has been around forever and I always get great service, so glad they survived COVID! They have a small selection of kids shoes too. You can shop online, but feel, touch and try is so much better.
Great place with an amazing stock. They are friendly and helpful. I brought my super beat up old saddles in to have refurbished. For less than $100 they will be brand new. Super happy with the service and selection.
They had a good selection and a lot of the New releases. I would have given 5 stars but my sister had a bad customer experience and will likely never put Birks on her feet again, out of principle.
THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD SPEND YOUR MONEY!!!! Very accommodating. I mistakenly purchased a narrow pair as a gift for my girlfriend. These fine business persons selected a beautiful alternative then had them shipped to California within 3 days. Great service!
Love the shoes and the staff and that she’s an amazing entrepreneur locally owned and operated! Small businesses are the foundation for customer satisfaction! Also, the #hemp vibram shoes are super comfy too!!!! Love it!
