Although the very unorthodox dressing room, The customer service was great and the clothes are very cute / well priced. Don't bring your kids here if you don't like them on supervise because I had to leave my 7 & 5-year-old bot outside of the public dressing room unsupervised. But since they are good boys I didnt mind / i trusted them. Just a heads up.

Over the years you could get great quality clothing here at reasonable prices. My last experience here was not the best. Clothes are tearing easily and we found a hole in one of the pants my daughter wore out. When we went to exchange it, was told it was worn and been over 2 weeks. The hole was already there and who uses an item they buy right away? 2 weeks for exchanges? I understand no refund policy but most stores normally has a 30 day. I know they just lost our business!

Great price, cute outfits for every day, clubbing, evening gowns, or business work/interviews, great shoes for every occasion under $25 a piece. Also great color options that change every 3months with the seasons. Only negative is very few items come in 1XLG size, almost everything is XS-LG. This was not always case, but a newer policy, I was told about on my last visit, which excludes those of us with curves from being able to have the option to purchase a lot of the outfits they have to offer. Also clothes hold together best if you hand wash & hang to dry. This will extend their life from a few months to a few years. Still I was able to find a few cute pieces made from a stretchier material, but am overall disappointed with the new policy that excludes those of us with curvy figures. I am only a size 8 & it is a shame Rhapsodielle only wants to have very petite women as customers

They have the cutest clothes there for thin young ladies. I'm a plus size the only thing I found were jeans and let me tell you theyre cute, classy, grungy whatever style youre looking for they got it. Up to a size 15. I couldn't find any tops to fit me, i am top heavy so I usually have a hard time shopping for tops. Great customer service too.

When I first walked into Rhapsoielle it was nice but then I got to the fitting rooms, the public fitting rooms.... and almost had the worst emotional break down. I have never in my life seen a public fitting room and honest never thought there was anything like that out there, but this store provide me wrong. I'm not going to let my feelings towards their public dressing room affect my rating because although I don't agree with their decision on the public dressing rooms, the girls that worked there were really nice and greeted me and my family when we first walked in, and over all pleasant. plus the store looked nice and the cloths were cute.

The clothes are really nice and really good prices, but I’m rating based on the customer service, I asked if they had baskets and an employee just looked at me said No and just turned around and left me talking to myself. They were also yelling at each other across the floor, seemed like they were arguing! Anyways I just paid and got out of there because the store also stunk of feet!

Poor customer service. I spoke to a manager about a top that has a sticker residue dirt on the shirt. I asked if I could buy it without discount but if the dirt wont come out, I have to return it. ; or give me a 10% discount which is only $1.50 and I wont return it even if the dirt wont come out. Her response was: The company will damaged it out if no one will buy it. So, I asked again: You would rather damaged it than give me that 10% which is nothing, and I'll leave the store happy. The manager said, she could only give a 5% which is $.75, and that's it. I have never heard such poor customer service.

Great selections, however poor customer service. I wanted to get this certain item, but it's belt is missing and the button is about to come off. There was a mark on the tag, double checked if it's part of the clearance.. they said no.. so I asked the lady to talk to the manager if she can give me a discount instead and I heard the manager say "we don't give discounts". That's BS.

I was recommended to stop by this store while visiting Las Vegas. I have to say the clothes are super cute and so are the prices LOL!! Very good price for the clothes, I like how they coordinate the colors of outfits, shoes to give you ideas how to put peice together an outfit. Lots to choose from! I'd say same quality as forever 21 but not as pricey. Although I don't agree with the dressing room setup how it's one big mirrored room that everyone changes in. That put me off guard a bit and I can imagine it can make a lot of people uncomfortable but I guess that's what you have to do for good prices on clothes lol? Possibly they do this because people steal? Back in California I'm used to individual dressing rooms. Not all of Vegas has this type of dressing room setup, it's interesting really when I came across this. You only live once right??lol!
