Ross Dress for Less

We found $275 worth of great stuff, the shelves were kind of bare though. We practically had the store to ourselves, it was quiet and the store is clean and surprisingly organized. Staff was friendly at checkout and security was pleasant and said hi and bye . Thanks much.

Yevette, If i could give 0 Stars I would. Yevette was very rude, & unwelcoming. At check out she was very quick to cut me off, and before I could even grab my bag from her hand she screamed “NEXT” in my face and dropped my bad into the counter… where i then had to pick up. I wasn’t standing there long enough for my receipt to even print, i asked for it and got looked up and down. And was not given it, the next customer in line got the opportunity to grab it and offered it to me. 10/10 would not recommend.

Hey. This is a bad customer service they did not let nobody used the bathroom One Special kid wanted to use the bathroom and they say no public bathrooms. l will never Spend my money there They. don't even let customers use the public bathrooms. If you are the owner of the store. I just wanted to let you know you have a Bad business. To not let a Special kid use the bathroom

The lines were long long the Holliday but by thr time I got to the front the cashier had me laughing and smiling I was so done with Christmas but she brought back the smile in me that day bcus of how exhausting Christmas can be lol.

Security is a little pushy. Do not know how they decide who to follow and treat like a thief, but really did not appreciate the extra eyes and security following me..Left without buying anything.

I shop there earlier today it was kind of funny the lady walked out with so much stuff and they couldn't stop her but I'm there honestly paying for all my goods and I'm being spied on and circulating and every area that I go he walking behind and look at the items that I'm looking at.. I understand there is a problem out there but it shouldn't be where every customer feels the way that I felt today I am never going back again

This Ross was Nice Size with Lots of Clothing for Women & Men to Choose from. There was Not Much for Kitchen items, Fairly Sparse as Well for Pet, Children's items. That's the Only Catch with Ross Stores, everyone is Different! One Ross May Have Rows of Kitchen items, some do the same with Pet items. This One I would say was Great for Clothing, with some Pet, kitchen items! The Only exception to Me is their Shoes, their Selection aren't Great, the Styles looked Cheap & Cost didn't Compare! Even so, I will be Back, I Bought 2 Prs. of Womens Slacks, 3 Tops & other items for $90! That is Why I Love Ross Stores, while there's No Guarantee what You will Find, I Rarely Leave Empty handed!

I must say they need to get better security. I was in the store once and some guy was just in there stealing. I asked security if he works there he said no. The guy stole a bunch of purses and just walked out. I'm not saying that security should chase after him but if you know this guy is not right it should not happen more then once. I use to like going there but I have yet to see a change.

Has a lot a variety. Prices seemed to have raised. Great location.

Clemente is an excellent cashier. He was checking out 3 customers to the others 1. I nominate him for employee of the month. The other cashier left a line of customers to work with hangers and move a shopping cart without recognizing the waiting customers. This was 3 pm on 6/25/2022.
