Desert Inn Executive Suites

I like the urban development that has taken place in the area, a lot of moms and pops spots. I'd recommend this area for visitors staying downtown, or any of the hotels close or on Boulder Hwy.

I love it down there they got so many music studios down there and one place. I'm bout to record and manage one of the studios.

Friends got headquarters set up there...

Dangerous Dump! Where do I start? First my friends had an office here, not me, for several months. They never felt safe and I surely didn't when I stopped into their office. What they eventually found out was that there were several different people actually "LIVING" out of offices in this complex! No showers onsite only the "shared" bathrooms which are rarely cleaned and stink to high heaven. Can anyone say code violations? In the building directly adjacent to the main office there's a guy who screams, yells, has tantrums, and scary sounding mental breakdowns saying obscene things and he's living in his unit. Why has this possibly dangerous man never been dealt with is any body's guess. Possibly fear? This is only one example of the people living in these offices. There are others but this guy specifically should have been ejected long ago. If that's not reason enough there is no onsite security for the complex and the neighborhood and corner liquor store and bar area which is adjacent to the property has many homeless living around there. All offices are entered through regular exterior doors accessible to the public. I'd highly not recommend this complex especially if you'll be doing business at night.
