Living here over a year. Pay monthly two days late no notice they already filled in court. Manager walks in apartments.without permission. Went to tell manager paying tomorrow already filed court papers. I live alone disable was right here. Guess I go to court now.
Very quiet to be on Boulder hwy. NO DRAMA. Nice staff. Would recommend to a friend.
Been here for 2 months now and pay 210 a week and my daughter can't even swim in the tiny pool and it's after memorial day,it's been open once. I think the pool should be open from 9- 9 like advertised. Inconvenience for working single mothers with children who finally have a day off,and the a.c. barley works...ya thanks....
The place is one of the best places to stay on Boulder Hwy. If you are up to Bull@@@@ then you won't be here long. Very quite secure place. It's a home away from home. Peaceful living. Period. I love the place
