Roach infested. But Management doesn't bother you to much. If your dogs are registered support animals and you are upfront with them they don't give you a hard time about there size or breed. I have breed restricted dogs and I couldn't find an apartment. Every since covid these weekly started doing hard background checks and I had a misdemeanor from 13 years ago and was turned away from all the other ones in the area. So this place only does a soft background check. And surprisingly there is hardly any crime at this location. Not that ive seen anyway. Everybody keeps to themselves. We don't have cops in and out of here 24/7 . So if you keep your place clean and let the bug guy come every other week for the roach problem it's not a terrible place to stay. Monthly rent is 1390.00 with no pets Rooms: They have been upgrading the apartments every time 1 opens up lately. So they are not bad. Decent wifi for multiple devices. Nearby activities: Casinos close by. There are a few Dog parks not listed but in the neighborhood next to this place and a horse park down the street. Shopping 24 hr DespenserySHANGO Safety: Surprisingly we don't have cops in and out of here all the time. I haven't felt unsafe here at all. It not a great area of town but everyone here keeps to them selfs. Walkability: Sam's town ,dottys,Dd's Discount, Wal-Mart,Walgreens, liquor Store and smoke shops all are within walking distance along with 2or3 fast food places Food & drinks: Food court in SamsTown casino, del taco McDonalds Wendy's weiner snitche. Sub Way. Noteworthy details: Lots of parking for CDL truck drivers who own or lease there truck. People who own a work trailer or a 5th wheel. You will have parking for that here.
My husband and I absolutely LOVE the staff here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We are renting a corner-unit studio, which is pretty spacious. I am disabled, and we have my service animal with us. We intend to live here for a while. We love the cable channels, and we are close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Most of our neighbors are very nice. Our apartment, and the grounds are pretty clean...and no bugs! I rated the complex only a 3 because some of the units we've seen were much less than clean, and the water has been turned off several times, which is very inconvenient. My advice? Make sure you inspect everything about your room before you rent it. My opinion? It is very quiet, and much safer than the weekly rentals next door. The security guard here, Ron, is a very nice man, and he does not put up with any "bad apples". It is an older complex, but management has taken very good care of it...and, with a little tlc, our apartment has become our home. The assistant manager, Steve, is one of the nicest people I have ever met! He goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need. Jerry at the desk..he is so polite and helpful! Fran, the manager, is a great lady..always very on top of things! Robin, at the desk, she's the one who sold us our room.. she's very friendly and always has a smile! Cindy..she's a very nice lady at the desk. The repair guys are nice, quick, and efficient! I hope I remembered to mention everyone!
I was recently homeless, and didn't have anywhere to go. I finally got an job and needed an place to stay. I went to several places and finally I stopped at Siegel Suites Boulder I. When I got there I met the most friendly staff. Barbara worked there mostly in the morning, and Claudia and James were also nice. I had the opportunity to meet the outside staff also. Whenever I needed an work order done, it was handled in an timely manner. The manager is great also. I love this property I was able to pay my rent for an week and when I was due again I could pay until the end of business. Love this property and would recommend it to all my friends.
Don't stay here ‼ They rented us a room that should have been quarantined & condemned. We should have looked at the room first but weren't accustomed to the scams these Vegas businesses run. We paid over $200 for the week only to come in the room & see roaches everywhere & the smell of pet feces They would not refund our money so we tried hard to clean it up but the roaches & stench would not leave. It was so bad we just had to leave the first night & pay more money for a hotel. I reported them to the health dept but they wouldn't do their job & seemed to care less, in CA it would have been an immediate shutdown but I guess NV has looser laws which allow these crooks to get away with things like this. And that's not all, there were drug dealers, pimps, & hookers living here!!! A strange man knocked on our door at 2am but we didn't answer for fear of our safety. When we came back for our belongings our neighbors stopped us to talk & they told us a woman who had 3 dogs occupied the room before us & they never saw her or the dogs leave the room until they moved out...says a lot about how sickening the room was to us. I'm going to write my congressman about this cause it's not right these crooks can get away with ripping us off like this‼ And if the owners are reading this
NOT A GREAT PLACE TO STAY- unless you have to. I travel for a living. So I’m not overly sensitive about hotels. Some are good. Others are not. But I have learned one thing- You get what you pay for. Inexpensive rooms come with a variety of cons. So does this place! CONS: 1. Roaches. But if you are clean it is manageable. 2 Activity. This location has a high level of “street” activity and traffic. Be careful . 3. Customer service. Or LACK thereof. I’ve never been to a hotel that continuously passes the responsibility on to the customer. It is your responsibility to make sure everything works in the room before you rent. They don’t do it. If you do have an issue, it is your responsibility to solve it or speak to a manager. Not theirs. Regardless of the fact that it is their property and the front counter workers take the orders . You must be active in the process. Or, it will not get done. When does the responsibility fall on the people who actually work here? I’d rather pay more than deal with such unprofessional and inconsiderate employees. They are extremely defensive, rude and ready for conflict. This makes customer service a joke. Know what you are paying for, here. Value should not come at a cost of accountability, curtesy or professionalism from the employees.
Cons; Old Furniture smells like pets, The walls are thin i can hear my neighbor whisper, i sometimes hear kids playing 24/7 a few times at 3 in the morning, kids outside playing/.my building the people were cons , convicts. You just got to get a good room because it feels like your sharing a house, internet is slow during peek hours, Roaches, pros: Friendly Staff, Maintenance and repairs, Ice cold AC, Fridge, stove, some rooms have flat screens. The price is kind of high but you cant find lower so i see it as a pro, internet never goes down, cable , hot water..but the staff makes you feel like your part of something good
I have lived here for almost 8 years. It's okay.
I just moved into this property 4 months ago. I first lived in an studio, and then I upgraded to an 1 bedroom. I was living alone and then I met an lovely lady. I had to upgrade bc I needed more room. The staff made my move easy, I was able to get an new apartment and stay in the same area. I love the staff. We are not planning on moving anytime soon.
Having hot water to shower or do dishes has been hit and miss since first moving in and doesn't seem to matter to the owners really why should it, they have nice homes and plenty of hot water. Now over the last 2 weeks there has been only 1 day with slightly above warm water, all the other days have been only cold. No word as to when we can expect hot water to do dishes, take a shower, or wash anything. A rental reduction should be applied to all affected for at least 1 to 2 weeks.
gave me no cause eviction with no reason soon as i paid my rent. manager fierardo bardales is rude and disrespectful, thank you for evicting me from this dump, everything is broken or close to it and the water smells like sewage, will not even brush my teeth in the water. also u only get hot water every once in a while
