This property was once good, but now it is falling. Constant office changes, constant issues that are never resolved. This is the dog park they claim to be nice. They send out empty threats of fines but do nothing g about it. Property has become a place for transients and homeless vagrants, not to mention vandalism.
This is a pretty property with a poor management My lease is about to be over on 08/31 I been waiting for a “offer letter” that I supposed to recive from the office at lease 90 days before my lease ends so I know how much they gone increase to my rent before is time to give a 60 day notice that a have to give in case I decide to move.All June I wait for the office to take action with several call during all month to the officebut not,I didn’t get any answer from them,so on June 30 decided to go talk to the manager and she refused to give me the face just the lady in front desk told me manager will call me later on and told me the information I was looking for,but guess what? That never happens,I been living in this property since 2015 so sad I feel like they pushing me out!!
First I would like to say that since I moved in, in May 2022, I have seen 4 different property managers. Tiffany the current property manager, is a gem! She has really tried to correct my rent account the original property manager didn't setup my account correctly. She has taken steps to improve the property. She has hired security, she is taking steps to fix the pool. Tiffany is alway a delight to talk to, she listens & I feel that she hears what I am saying. There are some issues with some of the neighbors, but that is not the properties fault. The rent amount is the least I could find at the time. Is the rent too high, YES, but that is a sign of the times. The maintenance staff is knowledgeable, polite, & professional, I have no problem with letting them in my home. All the issues I have experienced while living here were created by previous idiots working in the office. Tiffany has worked hard at correcting those issues. It seems she is also trying to get the best team she can with what she has to work with. This is my first experience with an apartment complex in 20 years, while it has been rocky, I feel that Tiffany is the best property manager I have seen. I work as an accounting manager & know that handling 250 + residents can be a handful, especially when their account are wrong & you have to fix it all. Tiffany has done an awesome job navigating these treacherous conditions.
Moved out over a month ago, turned in my keys, inspection was complete. I still have not yet received my deposit, Been calling everyday no one answers so I'm leaving messages, and emailing no one response. No letter of explanation, all those years even during the pandemic I paid my rent on time.
The property still needs work, and at this time i’m a little disappointed. I did speak to the property manager about my concerns, and from what i can see things are still a work in progress… i look forward to seeing the amenities open and the property better taken care of.
The maintenance guys, Paul and Chris, are great. They are friendly, efficient, and neat. I have never seen it them be anything ut patient and polite, and when they have fixed things , they are prompt and polite. They are strong assets for the property. Great work guys!
I have been looking for a place for my son and I for a few months now and was turned away at everyone. I called tides on Tropicana and spoke to Jessica about viewing an apartment. I went to look at it explained my situation l filled out an application and within 45 minutes Jessica called me saying I was approved for the apartment. It was the happiest news I have received in such a long time. THAN YOU SO MUCH Jessica for everything. I can't wait to move into my new home with my son..
Leasing agent Jessica was so helpful, got responses in a timely manner. She was very nice and polite, I will recommend to friends and family.
Bad administration, we have 2 years without pool service, only this year it will last a month open, problems giving you the amount of rent, I really do no recommend these las two administration's we have already lived here for 12 years and never in the previous administration's we had a problems.
I have been here for around 5 years and I love it! The staff is amazing they address any maintenance issues, or any other issues in a timely manner my neighbors are quiet and everyone is friendly, love that they have done things to show they're appreciation to the residents. Tiffany you and your staff are amazing thank you for all that you do on the property!
