This has to be one of the cleanest and nicest apartment communities we have lived in, in Vegas. We scheduled a tour with the leasing manger Keely, who is the sweetest and is very helpful though this moving process. She showed us a beautiful 2 bedroom with a small backyard extension and we instantly applied for it! The overall process of apply was a breeze and we got a call back in less than a week once everything was processed. On move in day everything went seem less we signed all the necessary documents and we were even given a Presley at Whitney ranch water bottle! We moved into a very spacious renovated 2 bedroom which includes laminate wood flooring, a very modern white with matte black details style apartment. In our first week here we’ve been invited to community Saturday brunch as well as enjoyed a taco truck that was on site. This is just the beginning of what the Presley offers! They are a very community oriented company and we are so happy to have found our new home here!

My A/C has not been working since last Friday over 5 days ago, they brought out a portable a/c unit that sounds like a jet and doesn’t cool anything unless you sit in front of it, the office of Presley said they were going send someone to fix my A/C on Monday, come Monday I came home and my unit was still without A/C, I called spoke to the manager, who said it was a transformer that went out, I was never given any heads-up, or any notice that I wasn’t going to have A/C or that it wasn’t working in the first place, she sent out another loud Portable A/C and maintenance placed it in the middle with two huge hoses across into the sliding door, the tape job was shotty as it kept detaching, and falling over.. it also messed up the paint from the sides of the sliding door,  I woke up to it falling over for the Second Time , and BOTH A/C units have now stopped and do not turn on! So I’m currently sitting in a 88 degree unit, sweating. I’ve takin videos, pictures Their essentially placing a bandaid on the issue, I shouldn’t have to call this late 10:42 to get both Ac units they just placed in, repaired. I start really early and a single father who has not been able to live comfortably for more 4 days! I have a 10 month old who has not been staying with me for the past week because of this.

I looked at Presley Apartments today and I have to say I was most impressed with the leasing staff. They were so very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I have NEVER written a review for an apartment I have not actually lived in yet but I wanted to express how impressed I was with Keely. She was so sweet and very informative about the property. The property itself was also clean, well maintained with incredible interiors, especially the Roustabout floorplan. The renovated units are just beautiful. I've lived in a few places my eleven years in Vegas and Presley by far is the most beautiful. I haven't been approved yet cross fingers but I strongly recommend Presley based on the kind staff alone.

I’ve lived here for approximately 4 years. The first couple of years were amazing. Quiet neighborhood, security patrolling the complex at late hours. Recently, when ownership changed so did many things. The amenities such as pool, gym, game room have been closed, remodeled and reopened frequently. The gym had just been remodeled prior to the new ownership. It was open for all of maybe 1 month and then closed again. There are great amenities that we’re paying for and unable to use for various reasons. The biggest issues currently is vehicle break ins. With the new ownership change there is no longer security patrolling the area. The sad part is when you notify the office it seems as though they do not care. It’s a beautiful place. However, feeling safe is important. If nothing is done people will continue to break into vehicles and property amenities will continue to be vandalized and destroyed.

This is sad as my partner and i used to love living here under the old management Picerne. Most of the reviews that are posted from over a year ago are from the old management! The new management Avenue 5 is awful and the office staff that they have is terrible. The resident portal is going down every week so we are not able to submit ticket issues, which is not a big deal because we're able to call, but the staff is not helpful at all and most of the girls always seem to have an attitude. However, there is one lady with dark hair and glasses that I've encountered a couple times and she is always super helpful and sweet i don't know her name. We've contacted them by phone and email four times about little bugs that we've been finding all over our apartment not normal and we never got a response to our email, and when we called the office, they did say that they would send someone out here, the day came and nobody ever showed. We also sent an email that they never responded to and called the front office about a foul smell that started coming from the holes in our medicine cabinet and they said that they would send someone out here the next day and nobody ever came. The lack of communication from the office staff is very frustrating and it just seems that they do not have the tenants best interest at all. The entire apartment complex has been under renovation now since January and it's still not done. I know renovations can definitely take a long time but it feels as if this new company is only focused on making everything look pretty and feel fun vs making sure the tenants that pay rent are taken care of first. Sadly. I don't recommend living here to anyone who's considering it.

Nick and Dylan are so amazing they are with the apt event co staff and the events are awesome! Mixology class is lit!  Highly recommend!!The property is nice and there is lots to do. Beautiful, peaceful neighbourhood. I love the gym and lounges. Staff is amazing and accommodating. Very high ceiling and although the website looks great it exceeded our already high expectations as we rented it sight unseen.

I moved in The Presley Apartments the beginning of March 2022 approximately 7 months. I was the first family to move into a newly renovated unit and I was in love. We do have little problems here and there with the utilities, but they are on top of everything when I put in a request to get it fixed. I’ve never written a review before but I needed to come on here and say how excited I am to be apart of this amazing community. They make sure everyone feels welcome and involved which I love. The property is very beautiful and I can’t wait to see what it looks like when the renovation are complete. I do wish we had a little area for smaller kids to play. But other than that the staff is very respectful, inviting and answer all the questions that I may have.  Event Co. is also amazing and I always have a great time!

I moved to this apartment complex about 2 months ago and quite honestly will say I don't regret it. I love my new apartment! Keely was amazing in helping me find my new place. From her being kind, courteous and such a sweet heart! The fact that I have my own laundry room and the amenities that came with the apartment was awesome such as a dishwasher, fridge and microwave made my transition into my own place much more better and less stressful.  I work long hours 16 hour shifts and times with no days off and to have my own laundry room it helps me alot. I got one of the older units, not the renovated ones, so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect a few things that could have been better such as cleanliness of the unit could have been better but overall, i am happy I chose this complex. Thank you again Keely and staff for making my transition to this unit so much smoother. I haven't had any issues with maintenance, everytime that I need something done such as my key less entry system they took care of it right away.

To My family and i, this would be our very first time we rent and so far it has been amazing, We have heard horror stories about other peoples experiences elsewhere and we are relieved that we picked the Presley at Whitney ranch. they have been amazing from the start, great at communicating, professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommend to anyone who’s looking for a calm, well maintained property. I have been living here for almost 3 years and I have to say that the maintenance man Jorge is absolutely the best! He is always very friendly and helpful. If it's something that he isn't sure about, he will do his best to find out. Jorge is a great asset to the maintenance department here.
