Desert Radiology

They were fabulous! I was sent over at 4:45 last X-rays at 5:00 & they still took the time to take my X-rays that we’re much needed. I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t put me off until the next day. The entire staff was kind & helpful & I am so grateful they took the time for me.

My experience with the radiologist was fantastic. Every radiologist I have seen at desert radiology I have been very kind and informative. The whole office and staff is also very kind and helpful only problem that I have is I was mailed a bill and I tried to take care of it over the phone and they weren't allowed to handle it that way. I also tried to take care of my bill on my last visit and they cannot look it up for me said I had to bring the bill in. And make it hard to pay you thank you

The people there, the doctors the assistance, the people that are actually doing your exam… Absolutely wonderful. Thorough, caring and empathetic. The problem is getting an appointment and waiting in that god-awful waiting room thats usually crammed like sardines in the era of COVID-19. This is not a poor company, I wish they would spend some money and make a much bigger and much safer waiting room! The pet scans take about 25 minutes to scan you… And they really need to spend some money and get the newer machines that can scan you at a much much faster rate. It’s very difficult to make yourself immobile for 25 minutes. It’s not like this company doesn’t have the money.

I had a PET scan the wait wasn't too long. And when I got back to the room the nurse was very efficient. And friendly. James the tech was also very efficient and helpful. The scan was quick.

Very friendly and professional staff. Had several procedures done in the last few months and each went smoothly and staff was caring and explained what was going to happen. Thank you for your excellent service.

Had a breast MRI and the technician there made me feel so comfortable and she at all times made it as pleasant of a procedure. What a gem. Please give her a raise. From the front desk to my Ultrasound tech that day , they all deserve a raise as well . Very friendly. Your phone scheduling needs work though. The Eastern office is A++++++ Leinani

The organization of my papers was thorough. The procedure was very professional. I was given a complete introduction as to what I as to expect, step by step. Then when the PA came in, he repeated the procedure again. As he worked on me, he kept asking me how I was doing, and throughout the entire procedure, he was concerned with my welfare. I was VERY impressed.

Ceatrice nice & Very good personal, Good communications work fast & hard and I have a problem for the old bill she can fixed for me and make me happy … Emmy is nice person ,smile ,good communication, and she done job fast. overall this place nice & clean every staff is good/10 . The service was great. The people are good efficient on time and I’ve been going there for four years to most of the DUR’s in the city around town and Henderson I visit quite a lot of them. I have quite a lot of issues. Have a good day.

The staff are very friendly and helpful in making me feel safe and comfortable. And during the x rays the lady and the guy treated me with respect and care. I will come back when I need more x rays. Thank you sincerely Bobbie M. Minter
