SimonMed Imaging - Maryland Parkway

Sent here when the urgent care I was at had their xray machine break mid exam. Showed up to a full waiting room thinking I'd be there all day but I was checked in, seen and on my way all in less than 45 minutes. Staff was nice and place is clean.

My very skilled lung specialist at Lung center of Nevada told me to stick with SimonMed. That's high praise. Plus, the staff was great & they made my life easy -an important consideration to me when navigating the health care system. Thanks everybody

Was not the best experience. I felt like I needed to repeat myself constantly for them to listen to me. I had to keep repeating I had 2 appointments on the same day back to back over and over again because no one was listening to me. I waited 30 minutes after my appointment for them to see me. I had all the information available on the papers that were sent over and the lady refused to listen to anything I was saying even after I explained to her. I had no idea what was going on and asked to be talked through the procedure. I was told “If I tell you they will fire me” which was an insensitive comment that made me feel disregarded and that I had no autonomy of my own body. I understand that they can’t explain the results but I need to know why and where things are going on me and not yelled at for asking why or explaining what I am here to do. I felt like things were not done properly and I was left out of what is going on. Very unpleasant experience,I recommend going to another imaging company that is more attentive and caring to patients.

The front desk representative was very knowledgeable & courteous. The Tech that assisted advised me that it would be fast and I didn’t need to be nervous. He was professional, and warm.

I would give zero star if I am able to. I made an appointment at 3pm for a pelvic ultrasound, I followed the instruction which to drink 32oz of water one hour before the exam. I held my bladder and got there around 2:50pmthey asked to arrive 15 mins earlier, and then filled out a form. Then I started waiting. Remember I already held my bladder for a good time, but they just kept me waiting. I asked when it’s gonna start, they just saying 10mins later. 30 mins later I canceled cause I can’t do it anymore. I literally held my bladder for one and half hours and they kept me waiting 30 mins after my appointment time. Don’t ever come here, they don’t have any time management.

I went to get an x-ray done. There was a sign at the front desk saying sit down. Will be back at 2:15. It was 1:50 when I read the sign. I had gone once before to get an x-ray and they had no one available, I called the phone number they left. After holding, I got a gentleman who said he could not help me. I left. I went to Steinberg across the street, but they were too busy. I eventually went back and they were very quick getting me the x-ray but I was messing around with it for an hour and a half. If you’re going to have an open place, you ought to have somebody at the front desk. I will never go back to this office for Simon med again. I have had a bad experience each time I went.

Front desk and Tech are very patient with my Mom. They’re caring, kind, considerate, and understanding. Everything I did online was taken as such. I don’t have to redo my paperworks. Thank God!

I have never had a bad experience here. Everything from making appointments to insurance authorization has been very easy and everyone is so friendly. 5 stars for sure!!

In and out in 20 mins, walk ins for x rays minimal paperwork, expedient, friendly, kind and helpful...and your Dr can login and pull them up anywhere!
