Design Line Kitchens

I found Steve and his staff to be friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They made the kitchen buying experience pleasurable by offering me options to get the perfect kitchen to fit both my home and budget. The cabinets arrived on time and were installed in one day. The installers did a great and neat job, and when they noticed there was a mark on one of the shelves, they delivered and installed a new one the following week. So if you are thinking about a new kitchen, you should think of Design Line.

I remodeled my kitchen over 8 years ago and the cabinets done by Design Line were just beautiful. I had shopped around and found that Design Line offer the best quality and price . In the past 8 years I have had two minor issues and when I called for repairs they came right out and service was done. While doing any repair work they check all the cabinets doors,and knobs and make any necessary adjustments. It's part if any service call. Today, Mike came to the house and did the repair. He was excellent and the repair was done quickly and neatly. I would recommend Design Line to anyone looking for a company that puts the customer and quality first.

Making the decision to redo my kitchen was overwhelming. I had no clue where to start. People recommended going to a big box store for cost efficiency. Never did I think I could afford a place like Design Line to complete the job. I tried the big box route, went to design appointments etc, at the end of the day hiring the construction team, the plumber, the electrician were all up to me. The task seemed daunting and I almost gave up on my dream of a new kitchen. On a whim I wandered into Design Line, I met with Rene. The process was explained to me and I was skeptical about how easy it sounded. But it really was. I literally gave Rene pictures I had saved of my dream kitchen and she took over! Within a week I had sketches, my deposit was given and I was given a timeline of what I had to do. What I had to do was only the fun part. The picking out! Design Line handles absolutely everything for you. You are provided with recommendations of where to go for appliances, tile etc but are free to go where you wAnt. I chose to go with their recommendations and have absolutely no regrets. They arrange the appointments with their contractors, their plumber, their electrician. You are given a start date and an end date. I thought to myself "yeah right this will never be done in ) weeks." I promise you...it was completed in exactly 6 weeks. Dates they gave me were met. There were no delays, no issues it was incredibly smooth. To be clear...this was not a simple remodel. This was a wall removal, gut job. I absolutely love my kitchen. The process was effortless. I got exactly what I wanted and more for very little less than a big box store price. Design Line is one stop shopping. I have enjoyed my beautiful kitchen for 2 years now. Steve and crew stand by their work. I needed a minor repair of one of the columns after 2 years. The crew came out promptly, fixed it perfectly and there was no charge. I can't say enough about my decision to go with Design Line. Thanks guys...

During the renovation on our home, we had a number of trades in and out working on everything - building, electrical, plumbing, etc. Of all of them, the most professional, most efficient, most meticulous and the cleanest was the installation team from Design Line. The entire experience was top-notch, from the moment I walked in, to design, hardware selection and finally installation. You will not go wrong with this team.

Renovating your kitchen is stressful. Designline Kitchens' team of professionals takes some of the edge off. You walk into their showroom and you are immediately assigned to a kitchen designer. I was assigned to Ralph, who is so knowledgeable, patient, and creative. His design took bits of what I asked for, and blended them with his expert design experience, and added small changes which had huge impact. Somehow the same footprint of my kitchen added tons of extra space and storage. I'm still not sure how this happened. The schedule seemed ridiculous at first - how are they going to do all of this is this tiny amount of time? But they did. To the day. They sent a whole team of carpenters to "install", It is not installing though, it is a feat of carpentry, and mere boxes of wood become these amazing, totally custom cabinets. Their attention to detail, and skill is unmatched. Any question, or issue I have had, has been addressed quickly and professionally, even after all was completed. Rado (the contractor) and his team, is precise, professional, and polite. Overall, the experience went really well, and I am in love with the result. I have already, and will continue to recommend DLK to my friends and family.
