My husband's blood vessels are so hard to find, every blood draw is so difficult that it even requires a machine. But every time my husband comes here for a blood test, the lady does it the first time and is top-notch.

Excellent lab. BUT where are my bloodwork results for my doctor this morning!

Did a COVID pre-travel test at this location. Did not receive the results on time, even when I was told I would. Beware of this place International travellers in Hawai. They DO NOT care about travelling timelines. Did the test on a Friday AM, travelling Sunday PM and the results never came in. They shouldn’t offer this service for international travellers if they can commit with the 72 hours timeline. Had to do an expedite test on Sunday ended up paying double thanks to them. I’m reporting this to Hawaii Safe Travels to ban them from their website since they should not be listed. Lost $120 here, do NOT go here foreign in Hawaii.

Miki did a great job with drawing blood and was very efficient. She checked for a good vein and it didn’t hurt- first try! I’m glad I found this location!

Wonderful first experience at the Kaheka DLS, with Hong! Although the office hour for Saturday was incorrect on the internet closed 12:30 on Sat., Hong very graciously honored my request to have my blood drawn. Thank you, Hong, for your kindness and professionalism.

My husband and I have been going to this particular lab for decades. All of the techs are excellent, staff very welcoming and pleasant and very skilled at their work. Virtually painless blood draws.

Fast and efficient for employee drug screening. Everyone was nice and welcoming, even though I went 30 min before closing on Friday. Parking is availabe in the building lot, if there's space.

The staff is very friendly. No one else was there both times, no waiting. Parking in the lot is limited, but otherwise clean and fast.

The only blood/urine lab that I go to! MIKISAN IS VERY FRIENDLY AND SPEAKS FLUENT JAPANESE!

Very accommodating and professional. Josie was excellent in finding my non existent vein.
