Diamond Auto Glass

We hit a deer in the middle of nowhere Utah. We called everywhere between Moab and Flagstaff. This was the only place able to repair our windshield and passenger window the same day at a reasonable cost and within 2 hours. Happy to be back on the road! Cheers for the hospitality and convenience.

Had our windshield replaced by Diamond Auto Glass. They left the inside of our cab and dash a huge mess! There was black glue or silicone mess around the inside of the windshield that looks like a sloppy job!! They also ended up charging us $40 more than they quoted for a "rust treatment" that was not approved. They should call and ask first!! Update: The owner claims they tried calling. I have not received a phone call or voicemail. I was called during my repair to be informed that it may take longer than originally anticipated. I asked if there would be additional charges for the extra time and he said no, probably not. It ended up NOT taking any extra time. So the owners reasoning is not acceptable in my opinion for the extra charges. And still doesn't explain the huge mess we were left with.

Great company, friendly people, fast service. This is the second vehicle I have taken in for a windshield replacement, have had awesome service both times. I definitely recommend them!

I will use Safelite from now on! I made an appt, called ahead so they had time to order my windshield and came in promptly at the scheduled time. Waited for about an hour, within that timeframe two other customers were quickly in and out. We waited patiently. An hour and 45 minutes later asked how much longer, a few more minutes no problem, walked to Walgreens and back. Jason the cashier apologized a few times and the man next to him kept telling him he didn’t need to apologize, again said don’t apologize and went on telling him why he shouldn’t apologize to us anymore all while I was sitting 3 feet away. I will not go into detail on his reasoning. I mentioned we have been here longer than two hours not to mention showing up early to make sure we made our appt. Completely unprofessional and that is the last time I will use them.
