Had a great experience with customer service today at this location. Tried to get something resolved by talking to someone at the head offices but they couldn't help me with my order. Erin was the associates name who was able to help me with my glove and also helped me with getting it steamed. Thank you again Erin.

Very good sports apparel and sports snd recreational equipment. They are very nice and helpful too.

This Dick's Sporting Goods location has alot to offer. Conveniently located on a major connector road, between Mount Holly and Burlington City in Burlington Township. The store is also located between the NJ Turnpike and RT. 295 for those that are miles away. The store is clearly visible from the street. There are several other stores in shopping center, including Fridays, IHOP, and Starbucks out front. The store offers a friendly staff and accountable management. This location is well stocked and is a free pickup location for internet purchases. Sign up for membership (free), and receive sale notices, etc.

Very poor customer service. Staff is very unfriendly. I waited over 20 minutes for a fitting room. Overpriced merchandise although I was willing to splurge but by the way I was treated, and never let in the fitting room I walked out. Shame on those Employees. They had less than 10 customers in the store. I felt as though they were racist. Its funny because the Dick’s in Princeton the employees are awesome and attentive. Not here
