Nice store, good selection, slight low staff

Clean and well stocked store. Prices are of the high end. If one does not mind paying a little more one can find almost everything sports there!

After looking at the other reviews, sad to say that Dick’s is still the same as it always has been. The staff are friendly enough, if you can flag one down, but they rarely know if they have what you’re looking for and aren’t knowledgeable enough to recommend something else. Their soccer section is very lacking as well.

I like to keep things positive so writing this review troubles me. I've been into this location twice in the last 6 months. I told myself after the first visit I wouldn't go back but I was hoping they were just having bad day the first visit. Both times that I've visited this location not one individual has asked me if I needed any assistance or if they could help me. Matter of fact, seeing a staff member is darn near impossible. I wish this place wasn't the way it is. So sorry, but I'm not a self-service type of shopper.

This is a great style for anything sports related. It's always super clean, organized and the staff are excellent. Went in looking for a hydration system back pack style great choices. Good color choices and high quality. Also looked at some nice hiking boots. The the prices can be slightly on the high side but they do have just about everything and it's quality you can trust. Check it out.

Paid $500 for a “GT Aggressor” Mountain Bike, which was poorly assembled with cheap components altogether. Made the additional mistake of purchasing the protection plan, which I needed shortly after purchase because the back tube was pinched during assembly and wouldn’t hold air. Not to mention the chain was rubbing and only some of the gears shifted properly. Took them three weeks to replace the tube and tube it up and when I came in to pick it up they lost my paperwork and overinflated the front tube, leading it to pop as I was walking out. So now I guess I’ll be waiting another 3 weeks for them to replace it. Avoid this place at all costs if you’re thinking of buying a bike
