This location has some really helpful employees. The manager, Justin, was very helpful. He provided awesome customer and was very knowledgeable about the available merchandise. This location is easily located and is surrounded by a lot of other businesses.
Why can't sporting good stores be more affordable for the Average working class?? I stopped in to look at kayaks, and kayak accessories. I got serious sticker shock. The cheapest one there was $179.00... The same size/brand as Wal-Mart's smallest, price at Wallyworld =$89.00. I will not be back. Inflated prices do NOT appeal to me.
Very friendly staff from the moment I walked in the door. I went in looking for a Patella Support for my knee. Though I knew where they were, I didn't know what size I needed. An associate named Blake asked if he could help me in any way. When I told him my dilemma, he brought me a paper tape measure to measure my knee. He provided excellent customer service and I got the product I needed.
Cashier Mya was great thank you . I didn’t found what I was looking for, guy at the entrance said I need to order it on line but got stuff I sure can use
Very clean, organized store. Great merchandise also.
Went to look for a pair of basketball shoes and I understand it’s not “basketball” season but they had a very limited selection and not one pair anywhere near a normal size. The other guy shopping and I kept getting “sorry, only have that in a 7.5 or 17” and that isn’t an exaggeration. When I asked when they would get a shipment in the salesman just said “we get a truck in like once a month but there is no telling what’s on it” then told me to try champs or finish line that they would probably have what I wanted. Didn’t offer to do an in store order which I know they can do or offer their online store. Just essentially suggested I go to a superior store. I wanted to go to a local store and buy a shoe. Instead their store has turned into a brick n mortar location for me to ship on Amazon, which is normally cheaper anyways.
They didn't have any Philly gear and the staff except for one didn't look busy.
Didn't have gloves for paddling a kayak, but the guy was very knd.
Kenneth was so helpful in getting me the shoes I wanted to try on in a timely manner as well as not making me feel rushed when I was being indecisive! Eric at checkout was so sweet and kind as well. I recommend this location!
Short handed and slow. Clerk said more people were in the back but didn't offer to call for help. Took over 20 minutes to return item due to only one person working 2 registers.
