They are good at being courteous at the check out line, but some of their items are hard to find because they don't have something stating what's down what aisle. Plus their items are at ridiculous prices. I know it's probably not their fault and more a economy issue but I hope it gets better.
We ordered scaffolding and picked it up a few days later. Perfect for one fit person to put together without assistance. Personnel were friendly and helpful.
Call before wasting time trying to get butane!!! Saturday and no one certified. Cheaper at Uhaul.
As of 7/24/23, cannot pump propane. Something is wrong with scale. I should have called 1st. Usually great service.
I went for 1 specific item that was listed in stock online at Benton location. However, it in fact was not in stock. But everyone I interacted with was super nice! And the store was well organized.
The VULTURES you have to FIGHT to get passed on your way IN ANDDD OUT of the store is VERY unprofessional and inconvenient. Not only do they AGGRESSIVELY push for donations, even AFTER telling them No, but will Actually get between you and the door or your vehicle. If all that isn’t bad enough I was on a phone call with my child’s school the superintendent no less and was RUDELY YELLED DOWN after making a point to TRY to avoid them, then a simple shake of the head didn’t dissuade them but I had to vocaliz I CANNOT GIVE AGAIN!! It’s worse than the junkies on EVERY CORNER AND STREET LIGHT!!!
Two of the happy campers that visited Tractor Supply today. Love going there because I can take the dogs. Even though it is a chain, it is the perfect size to visit. It is not overwhelming. Staff and customers love seeing the dogs and are always respectful. Staff is always helpful - and I don't have to go find them . Plus they always seem willing to help instead of being frustrated about having to work with a customer.
Great place for farm/ garden supplies. A little pricy on some animal foods. Great Selection of tools and bird feeders.
Not quite sure how this store is even ran. Came to get propane, raining and wouldn’t fill it… came again, no one on site who was allowed… What? How is that a thing? Thought third trip is a charm before we can’t cook anymore, they walked away from us with two little bottles to go open the gate for a truck with a giant tank on it’s trailer to fill. Customer service is a lost art.
Why do you even have a clothing section? It's all overpriced garbage.
