Dickinson Airport

EZ peeze quick and easy. Fast and convenient, no long drive, flight to Denver is little over an hour long. Airline and TSA staff are professional and fun. I want to run the that cool looking huge snow plow, those guys are good!

This is the WORST airport I've ever encountered. A bag was miss handled by United and when it finally arrived there we got a call a few minutes before 9:00 p.m. I made it to the airport at 10 minutes after 9:00p.m. and the airport was locked up. Two employees were still inside and refused to open up even though I could see the bag through the door. We have relatives coming in from many places for a funeral & these heartless employees just impackted one of the pallbearers. Way to go Dickinson airport employees! I didn't know the big city 'I don't give a darn' attitude was so close to home. May your low rating endure forever!

It's a very small airport. It situated quite faraway from the town. The only public transportation in Dickinson is Taxi so you need to call taxi around 2 hours before departure time. However, the airport is clean, fast and no crowd. Don't forget that this airport is not accept the e-ticket like the one on your iPhone (Passbook).

Service at the rental car counter is terrible. I've called at least 20 times and left a handful of messages but still have no resolution regarding my inquiry (no one has ever answered or even returned my call). Airport operations offered no help in the matter what so ever. The airport is so small that customer service should not be an issue, but they have somehow managed to completely drop the ball. Terrible.

Nice little airport with friendly helpful service and tsa agents that are actually concerned about genuine safety and aren't there to harass anyone.
