I have total faith in the care of Bobbi Parks. She is the first in a long time who really pays attention to the patient. She listens intently and provides excellent feedback. Haven't had that with an MD/NP, etc for a long time and it is very much appreciated!

Bobbi has a very easy going manner. Explains things in everyday language so it is clear and easy to understand. She is personable, which helped to put me at ease. I would highly recommend her to others who are in need of their services. Dr. Cheema was Excellent as well. They are a good team.

Bobbi Park is a wonderful caring practioner who genuinely cares for her patience. The office people are great. I have nothing ill to say about this practice. Keep up the great work.

I made an appointment and had to cancel. I called in the night before and left a voicemail. They told me, they didn't get the message. And then proceeded to charge me a $50 fee. They called it a no call no show. Then I rescheduled, I had to cancel the day of. My job consists of on call, all year around. I made them fully aware of this. And was told it wouldn't be a problem. I was charged another $50 fee for cancelling. So $100 that the payment department. Tried to get credited but the front office would not credit it. She stated it was wrong but I was told. That I couldn't be seen unless it was paid. I understand this is a business. But most people have a set schedule. I DON'T.

All staff were nice, friendly and professional.. Dr. Eddy was wonderful, very caring and professional answering all my questions.

Tammy was very good about explaining the importance of my follow up colonoscopy which I had decided I was NOT going to have done. After talking with her I decided to go ahead with this procedure and I feel confident it is in my best interests to go ahead with it.

Friendly and knowledgeable people. I had a lot of questions and Bobbi had all the answers. By the time I left my tension was gone and I had all the information I needed about the procedure, with complete patient instructions for prep. First class staff for sure.

Excellent customer service, timely, informative and Tammy was fantastic with explaining things. I really felt she cared, as well as Holly and Ashley scheduling tests.

Wonderful practice with thorough care & time taken to answer questions. I've always been seen in a timely manner. Entire office staff is friendly as well. If you can consider seeing a physician or physician's assistant to be pleasant, this can be considered pleasant experience for you.
