We used Dig's to purchase our apartment in Manhattan in 2018. We had used two different brokers until we met Dan from Digs. The whole process was way more enjoyable with Digs. They are professional, patient and very thorough with their comps. We got a big rebate check after closing, which was such a great feeling and went towards our new furniture! They helped us immensely with the co-op board paperwork as well as recommended an excellent lawyer. We will definitely be using them when we are in the market for our next home. We have already recommended Digs to all our friends.

Dan helped my wife and I buy a home in Brooklyn and we couldn’t have had a better experience. He helped us come up with an offer that just beat out five others in a highly competitive market. The rebate after closing was almost too good to be true, but was promptly in my bank account the next day. We’ll definitely be using Digs again in the future for both buying and selling.

We worked with Rebecca for our condo purchase. She was recommended to us by a colleague who at the time was in the middle of a purchase. She would give recommendations as to any potential issues and any remodels we might have to perform. Additionally, Digs Realty’s fee splitting model is a great bonus after closing, makes the big purchase easier to swallow, and sets them apart from the competition. Rebecca is easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive to email and messages, and we could feel that she had our best interests in mind. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebecca to anyone looking to buy.

When attempting to sell our apartment, I interviewed many brokers from reputable firms including Compass and Douglas Elliman.
