My family and I were in the mall and we were walking to the door we always park at Dillard's and we were headed back to the parking lot due to it being close to closing time and my daughter found a pair of shoes for her cheer banquet, my wife asked the male sales rep if they could get a size and he said "I do believe wer have that size but just so you know we close in 5 mins. My wife said yes sir we are trying to hurry but we just need this size. The rep walked into the backroom and walked right back out after a couple of seconds and stated yes, we have that's size. My wife asked if my daughter could try them on and he said be right back, walked into the back room and stood in the doorway where he thought we couldn't see him, then had one of four of the other associates standing there just staring at us tell us the were closed. This is very frustrating because we asked in enough time but the individual that didn't want to make a sale, we only get to go to places later in the day to to wife and I having jobs with different schedules and our children being in sports all the time. But the sad part is the pair of shoes my daughter wanted for her banquet are now gone.
Dillards is usually a very stressful place for me. There’s so many sections, it’s so easy to get lost. Today I was shopping for the perfect birthday dress and as I wondered aimlessly through this terrifying store an Angel appeared, Melissa, she gave my boyfriend and I the perfect directions with many different options of where to find the perfect dress for me! If I were to ever come back it’s to see Melissa and have her help. 10/10 would recommend.
Dillard's is the go to for special occasion dress wear! No matter what we always find what we are needing. Their staff has always been nice, helpful,and informative.
We bought shirts and men's colone. My husband is big and tall. The clothes selection is smaller than it use to be. But the ladies at the colone counter were the bomb! Loved the Jimmy Choo rep.
We love Dillard's but we love them more when they have half off the lowest price. They keep the place clean and neat for easy safe shopping.
