Chloe in Starbucks and the front end is absolutely amazing! She always has the most uplifting, warming, and inviting energy whenever I come into Dillons. If I could use a physical example of great customer service I would use her!!

Customer service representatives and managers are awful. They obviously don't care about their "valued customers". I will never be returning. Im hoping the corporate office cares. April, Richie and Mike. Shame shame shame. This job and the nice people in this community obviously mean nothing to any of you.

Dreadful customer service. Doors not opened on time. No self check out and the one register that was open was unmanned. Five shoppers waiting to check out and no service. Lady in charge was dismissive when asked for assistance at register. Do not value their customers.

The best place to get fresh produce at a great price. Dillons Plus card members enjoy so many exclusive deals everyday. I love the huge selection of Keurig Kcups they carry. There’s a serious collection of really good beer available at Dillons after April 1st changes to Kansas liquor laws. They are on sale as well!

April is a rude customer service representative I've had many contacts with her and everyone has been unpleasant if you don't like your job find a new one Dillons i inquired about the price of stamps and she said the same everywhere else how rude won't be using the service desk any time soon
