Do not get sucked into the very-customer-service oriented sales pitch. I bought two matching custom dinette stools here in April with an estimated arrival date of 6 weeks. When the stools arrived over two months after the originally projected date total 15 weeks I got TWO DIFFERENT STOOLS. The reason for the delay.... Canada the country was on vacation. As of August 17, 2013 I'm still waiting. Here's the rub, there is absolutely zero proactive engagement with the customer. Over this entire period, I have called and stopped by repeatedly only to be told the solution is just around the corner. But I've only rec'd one call from them...to say the stools were ready....but clearly they weren't.
Unfortunately, my experience with mo and damon was extremely negative. Not only do they lie and break promises, but they never delivered anything on time and rarely delivered the correct item. Do not give them your business.
I liked this place a lot !! The inventory is always changing and most items are reasonably priced. the new sales lady was very helpful, went above and beyond our expectations and closed the deal with us very professionally. we went home happy and the delivery was fast as she promised to be a week, also they called us back to make sure things were fine... thx
Have been waiting since February for a delivery of 2 custom ordered stools. No proactive communication to give updates on the status.
Paid $500 for a couch at this store, waited about 4 months, received wrong couch, returned it, owner refuses refund.
