Joined their rewards program. It was free and easy. I don't visit too often so as to not spend money I don't have. Cool to find food stuffs from different countries seeing stuff I've seen in different countries sold at inflated prices. Staff has always been nice and helpful, I think there should be more of them though.

I love visiting here. I come here mainly for ideas and inspiration. The employees are great and helpful. Great stock of food and furniture. Inventory is organized and pleasant to look at. I enjoy the international food selection. There are often sales, and you can be notified through email or through visiting the website. Good location, lots of parking behind the store and in the garage.

Theresa the cashier was very nice and super helpful. They did not have the white vinegar I needed but she was courteous and offered other suggestions as to where I may find it. This store seems to have a lot of neat "off the wall" things you wouldn't find anywhere else. The customer service was spot on. I'd definitely go back and spend time browsing. Would recommend.

First off, all the World Market stores are run so well. They are an example of how retail survives in the 21sr century: unique products, well made, amazing service and an online catalog to match. This store though has extra-ordinary management and staff. They go above and beyond, search for items you want and get them to the store. Love this place.

I love living so close to a World Market. Although the store seems a little unorganized sometimes, I really love the cool products that they offer. I have purchased a coffee table from here, as well as other home items like table cloths, napkins, glasses and towels. I always go to World Market whenever I'm entertaining as they have a great selection of wine, beer and snacks for parties. I would recommend shopping here!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Arlington VA World Market store. As a loyal customer, who is in the process of furnishing a new home, I have always turned to World Market for home goods. While I still believe that your products are superior in quality and design to those offered through most other retailers in your price range, I can not in good conscious continue to shop in your stores. The customer service I received today, and the store managers inability to cut through your corporate red tape, has left a sour taste in my mouth. While once an advocate for your brand, I am now committed to sharing my negative experience. I walked into your store this morning prepared to walk out with a new couch, chair, coffee table, tv stand, and bed. Instead I left with nothing after being told that the generous gift card a family member purchased me on your website was only valid for online purchases. Disappointed in your obvious lack of professionalism and your inability to serve your customers to what I think are very reasonable standards. I have encouraged my relative to seek a refund for their gift card, I will certainly be shopping elsewhere moving forward. I encourage others to do the same.

This place seems to defy the logic of retailing but it thrives. Variety stores were last century but this place pulls it off. Interesting stuff that no one else stocks might have something to do with it. Great wine and beer

This place is very nices. They have a good selection of vintage furniture and home decoration. The beer and wine selection is incredible, and really nice prices for members. Glad to have one walking distance
