I was shopping for my GFs birthday and I knew she liked Dior. I have no idea what I'm looking for or what I was doing. This nice associate had obviously noticed I looked lost. She comes over "Hi, I'm Yuqi and looks like you may need help". I was honest and told her why I was there and she had a big smile saying how sweet it was. She asked some questions and gave some recommendation. She proceeded to show me handbags and matching shoes. Found ones I thought she would like BUT before I left, Yuqi added on a sweater that was a perfect match to the shoes and bag. Although I spent a little more than what I had in mind; My GF loved every single thing yuqi picked out!! Definitely worth the little extra! Yugi sure knows what she is doing! Thanks again Yugi

First time I got bad service in a Dior store, a Girl with aptitude, lazy I have to request to do her job step by step really bad customer service. My mistake I didn't has the time to let the Manager know. The Best experience at Crystal mall is always a pleasure to come bag there but, this time they didn't have what I looking for, so I had to go to Bellagio. If you want to enjoy your shopping I recommend going to Crystal and Wynn store both with really nice costumer service

Yuqi is extremely unprofessional. Please avoid her. I requested for my shoe size and she told me to check the display footware myself, she also kept rolling her eyes and sighing. Never offered me water even after my purchase, when I asked, she said "we don't have water" right after watching another employee give someone water a few seconds before. Terrible job Yuqi! You should not be representing DIOR.

After looking at Dior purses online, I decided to purchase it here because I wanted to see them in person. Im so amazed on how gorgeous the purse and packaging DIOR has! Heidia made my first experience amazing! She was very helpful! Love how she showed me what I wanted and gave me suggestions as well! I love how me and my family did not get judge or pressured into anything. Comfortable environment!

I was just in the store, planning to buy a bag and was completely ignored. Waited 20 min to get in, the two people working were the most rude. If you want a luxury bag experience DO NOT purchase from here.

Nice...BUT there is no Perfume for men...so I give it 1 star

I normally do not take the time to write a negative review, but I had a negative experience yesterday with sales associate Yuqi. I was extremely bothered about the situation because I have always had positive experiences at Dior, and to no surprise I noticed another customer having issues twice with Yuqi as well. Yesterday I was looking to purchase some shoes, but throughout my time there Yuqi acted like me asking for shoe sized was an inconvenience for her. She had a horrible attitude every time she saw me look at t a different pair. When I told her I was not sure what my shoe size would be she immediately asked “you don’t even know your shoe size?”. I brushed it off until she offered for me to try on the display shoes, which she “handed over” by slamming them on the table. I ended up leaving discouraged by the customer service, but ended up having amazing service at the Wynn.

Yuqi helped me and she gave me display earrings, there were so many scratches and even the pearls aren’t the same size & it makes it even more obvious because I tried on 2 different earrings from the display because she offered and the bigger pearl might have come from the other earring that I tried. This is extremely unprofessional because I even asked her if the earrings were new. I totally understand that she wanted the sale but if you don’t have a new one just say it??? I’ve shopped at so many other brands and I never had an issue like this. I’m never shopping at dior again. Disappointed. Ps* I just read the other reviewers and I faced the same situation. I wasn’t going to write about it but thought it’s necessary. My mom was trying on their clothes and she didn’t like it so we didn’t end up getting it. She seemed so annoyed and said “so are you going to take the earrings or no?” Definitely train your employee.

an Asian saleswoman with an unprofessional service attitude. when I entered the store. She asked me twice time “Do u wanted to buy or just look around?” . I don't think a big brand like Dior has such a service attitude. while I am a regular customer of Dior

First time ever visiting Dior. Olga was FANTASTIC. Excellent customer service and suggestions. She helped me pick out a gift for my girlfriend and even special ordered just the right product, and was communicative throughout. Thank you Olga! Highly recommend this location
