This a shop near the Gondola in The Venetian Hotel/Casino. They sell Agora Skin Care Products. It was the weekend of a Medical conference. They draw you in by offering you a lotion sample, separate you from your spouse/significant other. They use very pushy highly condemning sales tactics to sell their line of skin care. Erica very professional provided excellent customer service did sell me a wonderful hydration cream for reducing redness. She did a mini - facial-I had to tell her I had a 3 minute timeframe and out I would have to go before my family disowned me. She continued to try to sell a 4500.00 handheld facial contour device. The more I refused to buy the product, she continued reduce the price to until I found it worth buying. I will not disclose what I spent; just know, as a savvy New Yorker, I bought it at cost, no profit for the store came from my pocket book. Then next day, I went back to the same store and requested to buy a high-quality lip balm, I was told they only sell skin care products . While I was asking, the young lady sarcastically snickered and said..., " oh, that is the lady Erica helped yesterday" I will tell you that I will never recommend anyone buying from this store. Show some respect and keep comments to yourself young lady. 05/16/22.
