DiSalvo's Barbershop

I was long overdue for a haircut. Booked online seamlessly with John and was in the barbershop a couple of hours later. it was my first time at the barbershop and I was initially confused as to where it was exactly.The entrance is not directly off the street - it's within a complex on the mezzanine up a small set of stairs. There are a couple of small signs in the hallway pointing towards it, but eventually I found it by asking the guy working the building's reception. As for the cut itself, it was great. I'll definitely be returning. John took his time, was meticulous and made sure I was happy with his work.

I just moved to beacon hill and was looking for a new barber. Tried to find some in the area, but never really loved the quality or service. Went to John today and it finally felt like I had a barber who "got" it. He took care to actually cut *my* hair it's wildly wavy, not just rush me through the cut. It finally felt like someone actually cared about the little details and quality of their work. He's also a super nice guy who was fun to talk to! I will definitely be going back to John and I highly recommend him. Finally, I have my barber!Service: Scissor cut

It's a very quaint little barbershop. It has that feeling of finding something new that has always been there. It's the little part of Boston that you need to explore online or have friends that's your part of their circle for you to know about it. But that doesn't undermine the skills of The barbers. The barber who helped me get her stylish lineup was courteous and accommodating to my questions regarding sanitation. He styled my hair promptly without delay and finish quickly. He was an older gentleman and treated me with respect. I gave him a tip and left the barbershop with a new look. Definitely recommend for those who haven't tried it yet.

Seemed OK when I walked out but later I realized the barber buzzed right over my part, essentially obliterating it, something no barber has done to me before. His fades were solid but he didn't handle the part properly.

Di Salvos is the best barbershop in New England. Extremely professional, well maintained, and friendly atmosphere. Mike makes appointments fun, lighthearted, and consistently does an exceptional job! I simply have never had a better barber. Great quality, great value, highly recommend!

I was a walk in. Visiting for a convention and needed a haircut. Based on Google reviews it was this place or a couple of others nearby. I choose one of the others but they never opened when they said they were supposed to so I came here. And boy I'm glad I did! The attention to detail, the care for the customer, the professionalism is top notch. No rush job here, they make sure you get a great haircut. I especially love the old school details like the hot lather around the ears and neck cleaned up with a straight blade. Very Italian. And a decent price on top of all that! Seek this place out down the side hall of this office building, it is well worth it!

Took my brother here, and was so impressed I went back myself. I'll be honest, I've never gotten a haircut that looked this good, espicially not the first time being with a new Barber. Very impressed. Reasonable price. Keep up the good work!

I always get my haircut from Lupe. I have been going to Di Salvo's Barber Shop for about 5 years and have never been disappointed.
