Discount Tire

I went in expecting to have a rear-passenger tire replaced due to constant low pressure notifications, and the gentleman that helped me at the front desk said that they would look it over. Thirty minutes later he came back and stated the tire had nails in it but they were able to completely repair the damage, and they did it entirely free of charge. Going in expecting to spend at least $100 and walking out uncharged has to be one of the most satisfying feelings. I've never been more satisfied with a place of business, both in friendliness and work ethic. I will DEFINITELY be returning when I need to purchase new tires and I have nothing but good things to tell friends and family.

We got a nail in the tire on our All4 MINI Countryman, and the tire was not repairable. We called the dealership and found out you cannot just replace one tire, since it is all wheel drive. We had to replace all four tires. :( The car only had 20,000 miles on it, and my wife and I were both scared to have the tires replaced this early. (A lot of places damage wheels when replacing tires...especially when mounting run flats.) We went to Discount Tires and expressed our concern, and they said they would take care of our car. They replaced our tires with OEM run flats at an affordable price, and the wheels were scratch free...what a relief! We were back on the road! This was two months ago. We were very happy with this location. They are very friendly, and costumer service seems to be a priority.

It was late in evening and I was on my way back home to Texas. If it were possible I would sue whoever is responsible for Oklahoma roads because all this mess was caused by a pothole on a major highway. Anyway I came in right at close and they gave me premium service. I paid for the cheapest rim they had. Unfortunately they didn't have the rim they charged me for, due to an inventory error. But they graciously gave me the next level rim for no extra cost and did everything to ensure my car was safe and I had the things I needed. Of all the experiences I had in Oklahoma this was one of the best :)
