Discount Tire

Came to get a brand new tire and was greeted by a young sales associate by the name of Tyler. He is a very friendly and very helpful young man. I came here to buy one tire and end up getting two. Apparently he looked it up on the computer and I had a warranty on the bad tire, and so end up getting two. What a great day two for the price of one. I would come back here any time. My only one complaint is that I have been here for just under 1 hour.

I rolled in after they had already closed with a flat tire and an almost flat spare tire. The guy working the front was so awesome, he came out and looked at the tire they had it in stock and had his team stay late to install it. You really don't get customer service like that any where. These guys definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

Pricing is very competitive. Was helped by Mike and Tyler who did an exceptional job as well as Colton who worked on my vehicle. Overall very satisfied with the service.

My 1st experience at Discount Tire in Yukon was excellent and thru that they earned my future business, the last 3 experiences have been less than satisfactory but they made things right with a second or third trip back to see them, today I went in to have my tires rotated and rims swoped out, I brought a set of factory rims, tires and lug nuts and asked them to rotate my tires but to brake them down and put them on the factory set of rims, I also asked them not to remount the stock tires (from the factory rims) on to the custom rims that I was pulling off my truck, I put the stock lug nuts on the console of my truck and showed them where they was, I leave the truck there and make sure they have my phone number in case they need to contact me for any reason, before I leave I go back to the counter and tell them a second time to make sure they just set the custom rims in the back of my truck and leave the stock tires unmounted in the back of my truck as well, they call a hour later and say I’m ready for pick up, Great, i get there and walk in to pay my bill and it’s $156.00, I knew then they mounted the stock tires on the custom rims but I’m in a hurry so I just pay it and pick up my truck and drive it to get it washed and then home, when I get home I notice something just doesn’t look right, after further investigation I notice they put the wrong lug nuts on (not the factory lug nuts I gave them, I looked in the bag and the factory chrome lug nuts are still in the bag, by now I’m pretty frustrated and just change them out myself, also one of my center caps was not knocked on all the way, I’m not really throwing stones here because I made some mistakes as well, 1. I paid the full bill without saying anything, 2. I didn’t check the truck out before I left, the moral of this story is the people at Discount Tire are good people but they do make mistakes like the rest of us so do your due diligence and check your ride out before you leave and don’t pay for more than what you asked them to do,
