Freindly help. Had an appointment for 3 and my car pulled I to the garage exactly on time. Love the fact that you can watch the work being done. Love my new wheels!

Good friendly service. Long waits due to number of customers so if not an emergency make an appointment and service WILL BE QUICK! Get the $25 damage coverage. It's very worth it. Discount Tire is the only place I get my tires serviced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been to Discount Tires twice now and I can tell they are passionate about their service. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and fast. I'm going to be coming here for as long as I can because I can trust they'll tell me the truth about my tires, and not take advantage of me.

I tried to get all 4 tires replaced. Before going to the store, I looked up the tire and price point I wanted, and made sure they had 4 in stock. When I showed up, I told Michael that my tires were bad and Ive known I needed to replace them, but I just hadn't gotten around to doing it yet. I still had to listen to a lecture from him about, "Wow, these are bad, I'm glad you made it here safely" and "I see you have three car seats. You really need to replace these tires to keep your family safe." (insert eye roll. yes, this is why I'm here) Next we go inside where he walks me over to the chart just to show me once again how bad my tires are (more eye rolling). Then we go over to the computer where he proceeds to show me a tire that is the incorrect size for my vehicle (16" when I need 15") and 3x the price of the one I need. I tell him the tire I want and he says they don't have one that price that will fit my vehicle. As I walk out, he pleads for me to drive safely (again with the eye rolling). After I leave I get a voicemail and text from Michael, as well as someone named Kenny, just to tell me again that I am confused and I really need a 16" tire. I was belittled and talked down to from the moment I walked in the doors. I was made to feel as though I was endangering my family just so they could upsell me. (I assume the fact that I am a woman who came in with two small children made me an easy target as well). I ended up going to Firestone where they were kind and honest, sold me the exact tire I asked for, didn't question the tire size, didn't make me feel guilty for the condition of my current tires, and didn't try to sell me anything else (bonus, they were $100 cheaper). Firestone has my business from now on.
