Very kind, courteous, and professional staff assisted me with my purchase and installation of two new tires. I very much appreciated their work as my tires were doomed even according to their 'know your tread numbers". Plus I arrived 25 minutes before their closing time of 6pm. Mwah! Gratitude! These guys rock, fast, professional and so very tidy!!! Worst day ever, stupid curb jumped out in front of my car wrecked a pretty good low profile tire. They put new one on and offered insurance on the other 3 even though I didn't buy them there!!! Craaaaa but love it!!!!

These folks were great. Service was super fast and friendly. Not all discount tire stores are like this, but Northgate and federal way are wonderful.

I went here recently to get a new set of tires put on my car. I have to say I was very impressed. When I called to make an appointment the week prior, they were very understanding and fit me in as soon as they could. I appreciated that. When I arrived, Terry was the front desk person who assisted me. He was very kind and took a look at my car. I told him how often I drive, etc. and he got me a good deal on my tires. Initially, he quoted me a higher price, but then got me a lower price. I really appreciated that, especially right after the holidays. I arrived at 9 a.m. and he told me they would have me out by 10 a.m. They actually had me out at 9:40 a.m. which was great service. Everything was secured and the tires look awesome. My car rides much smoother thanks to discount tires and now I will be able to finish running my Holiday errands without having to air up my tires all the time. Thanks Discount Tire! I highly recommend them if your looking for a place for new tires, tire repair, etc. I don't think you will be disappointed!

Got a nail in my tire from nearby construction and took it in. Despite the fact that they were closing soon they were able to take my car in for same day service. Turns out I also needed new tires, which they had in stock for a great price. They replaced all 4 tires and got my out the door in the same time frame. They were professional, friendly, and superb.
