Excellent customer service, from what I saw from every single person that worked there this thurs morning 5/24/18. This place is very busy, but they dont treat you like a number. That is rare. Joe was extremely helpful in person and on the phone. The person who brought my keys back was polite and also patient enough to answer any questions i had even after the job was done and even being very busy at the store, he made me feel like i wasnt being rushed in and out for the money. One of the mechanics even said "have a safe trip", so I know they discussed the fact the car was going on a 259 mi round trip and they made me feel secure in my purchase. As opposed to meineke in white center where i called just to get a tire quote and the guy Chris just sounded annoyed and then didnt even pick up when i said id call right back with the info then when he eventually did pick up he sounded like he just pulled a number out of thin air..."uh....100 bucks?" Yeah okay.... Thats for a meineke review though. .. This place is GREAT, GO HERE FOR TIRES! And great (rare) customer service!

I have bought two full sets of tires from this place and always had a good experience with fast, courteous service at a fair price. I was in a bind this week and Victor was able to fit me into a tight schedule in the afternoon and I was able to make my next appointment on time. Really appreciate the effort the staff made to service my car quickly and did a quality job. Kudos.
