Discount Tire

Ted is the man! I asked a lot of him, calling up an old rebate and price matching some new tires and he was great about all of it. Highly recommend this location for fast friendly service!

This crew at Federal Way Discount Tires is the best. I will never go anywhere else again. I bought some new "take-offs" and had them installed and balanced at Les Schwab for $90. Didn't feel right and didn't like they wanted to up-sell me on new tie rods & alignment I didn't think I needed. Took it to Discount to check balance. Found tires were full of water. The crew worked over an hour draining and re-balancing the tires - FOR FREE! That is customer service! Can't thank them enough.

If you go early enough in the morning the wait time isn't so bad. We showed up ten minutes before 11 and got in almost right away. Decent prices too and only had to wait about half a hour before the car waa done. Got all four tires done and everyone was super friendly.

Best place for tires. The staff is super nice and friendly. Had a flat tire and they got me in and out in about 25 mins!

I was told that my tire that was under warranty could not be fixed and could not be replaced by my warranty because it had a nail in the side wall. I drove it down the street to 356th x Pacific hwy in Federal way and got the tire patched up for $8. That was 7 months ago and I haven't had an issue with that tire since. Dishonesty at it's finest. The only reason I didn't give them one star was because I go there every 3 months to get my tires air checked for free.
